The room was spaceous with good airconditioning. The location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was continental with choises of bread, fresh fruit, pastries etc. and they offered fraishly cooked eggs, too. They were able to accommodate my requests due to change of flights and I even got a late check-out on a not so busy day.

The room can get hot so make sure to close the curtains and turn on the AC. AC is on only when you are in the room, but it was powerful enough for me. Some lamp covers were broken but other than that nice hotel. There are bars in the area but the noise didn’t bother me and I am a fuzzy sleeper.

Room was comfortable with a nice armchair to sit in. Also very clean.

There was an cover plate missing from one of the light switches and some of the switches did not work. Bath very slippery. A rubber bath mat would have been handy. No tooth mugs in the bathroom.

Easy to reach, by car there is a big (paid) underground parking with an exit at the front door of the hotel

Only applies to the room we had:it was above the restaurant and next to the breakfast lounge, so bass from the music in the restaurant in the evening and noise from setting up the breakfast in the morning

The lady in the reception is very kind and friendly. We got very early and I needed a quiet place to be connected in order to have a meeting from my work, and she surprisedly let us to check in hours earlier. Also I had asked before if it would be possible to arrange a room with a bath tube and a nice view because I wanted to surprise my wife and they did it. Our room had a nice bath tube and a wonderful view. I simple loved our staying at this hotel!

Nothing to complain during my staying

The location was superb and well located close to restaurants. The rooms were clean, and tidy. The breakfast was real value for money. Easy to find from the Central Station/Bust Station

Difficult to say, as the Hotel really exceed my expectations

This little gem of a hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of town - it is basic but everything you need is here. The breakfast is very good & the host is lovely & very kind. There is a multi storey car park opposite the hotel $8 a day which is great value & your car is safe. Thankyou Christine.

Nothing to complain about everything was great.

The view was amazing (had a room on 3rd floor). They also have an amazing terrace on the same floor, to be used by everyone.

The room had an older feel. Some outlets were not working and there was an uncovered electrical hole in the wall, next to the heating control. The bed- 2 matresses in a double bed support. It was bouncy and squeaky.

I was baffled by all the buttons, I felt like in a futuristic place. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable and the location was near the main attractions.

There's nothing not to like

Location is perfect. The room was not bad. Breakfast was not bad. Nice terrace in the building.

Nothing special. Bruges is just too touristy so I don’t think it’s worth to live in the town.

The location is excellent with the whole of wonderful Bruges just a short walk away. So many restaurants some right outside the door! Parking very convenient.

Room and beds were small. The whole hotel was very hot, thankfully the room air con worked very well.
