Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was fantastic. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and even had a pretty outdoor patio, which we loved. There was no street noise, even though we were very close to the center of town. The price felt very reasonable given the comfort and location.

Small things: there were no cups of any kind in the bathroom or room. The shower tiles were slippery, but there was no skid mat - safety could be improved by adding a mat. These are very minor things that in no way negatively impact my overall very high opinion of the hotel.

It was one of our best hotel choices ever. The whole historic hotel building is charming, cute and yet modern inside with great style. Even the smallest room was cozy, clean and comfortable. We slept like babies. It's in the perfect distance from the main square - it's a 5 minute walk, in return the street is quiet at night, and the windows filter all the noises. The staff was super friendly as well. And that backyard. My God! It's a lovely place that I would happily choose anytime again. We miss it already.

You can hear the neighbouring rooms a little bit but nothing worrying compared to other European suburb hotels.

Location's great, both central and quiet (we were in a room in the garden), only the birds were loud in the morning. :) Staff is very friendly and helpful (e.g. offered us umbrellas, when it started to rain). The hotel is nicely decorated, and they have a beautiful garden. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy.

There were some (re)construction works ongoing in the hotel (nothing too loud though), which I assume is temporary. And there could've been some vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber) in the breakfast, which was otherwise ok.

Being a two star hotel, I think this was pretty decent and good value - I could easily recommend it. The location is just excellent, in a quiet side street to the two most busy shopping streets in Brugge, and also just next to That’s Toast - an awesome breakfast place. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We spent 4 nights in room 5 - a family room. The room was nice and clean, but not very spaceous, and the big antique cabinet looked shabby chic, but useless for storing our clothes. Felt like a waste since it took up a lot of space. There is also a bit of noise transmitting through the door when other guests use the stairs to/from their rooms. No elevator and very narrow stairs. Also be aware of mosquitoes if you keep the window open at night, but I guess that’s the same for all of Brugge… Just a fan, no a/c, so you kinda want to keep the window open, so they should have a mosquito net in front of one of the windows.

- Fantastic location, within walking distance of the Grand Place and all the sights, but tucked down a quieter street, mostly with businesses that were closed in the evening so no noise/through traffic. - Very cute building! - Extremely friendly staff who were very communicative and accommodating of me arriving a bit later than reception was open.

- No A/C in the room, just a fan, but I managed fine as the room had an external metal shutter which I pulled down during the day to keep it cool for when I returned. This could be an issue with 2 people sharing during the hotter months, though. - Rooms are quite close together, so you could hear others returning to their rooms at night if you had come home earlier, but this was no big deal.

Bed was very comfortable, room was nice and warm, love the blinds on the windows, kept the room nice and dark even in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal!

We missed having some facilities such as bottles of water in the bedroom, a kettle and coffee, and a nice lounge we could relax in the evening if we just wanted to seat down somewhere for a bit. Breakfast was very basic. But I suppose it is a budget hotel maybe that's the reason they dont provide those things.

Car park across the street (reasonably priced but low height so no roof box!), lovely staff, great communication prior to trip. Great location to walk into town.

We had a family room on top floor. It was very hot and the fan was quite noisy so we left the window open and got devoured by the mosquitoes (literally! 80+ bites between the 4 of us!) our fault, the river is nearby and it was summer…still, it dampened the mood…

The location is fantastic. Right in the centre of the historic part of Bruges and 7 minutes walk to the main square. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

There were no hot drink facilities in our bedroom even though it was a superior one. There was no headboard on the bed, although mainly because of the sloping ceiling due to it being an attic room. The stairs up were very very steep and no elevator. Fine for me but an older or unfit person would have problems.

Wonderful place right in the centre, 15mins walk from the train station and a few minutes from a great bike rental. Very quiet at night as it is on a small pedestrian side street. We had a bedroom facing the courtyard so even quieter. The bed was so comfortable and the room felt large and airy with big windows. The shower was good. The cleaner came in daily to freshen the room. The receptionist staff was lovely and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in bruges.

We liked the stay! The people working there were very helpful and gave us a lot of support. The hotel has a nice athmosphere and is quite close to the historic center.

We had a room towards the street and in the early morning several trucks came along rolling backwards and making a lot of noise. It was not a big issue and I expect the rooms to the back being more quiet.
