We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, with the experience being really remarkable from start to finish. The staff were very kind and attentive, and assisted and ensured our comfort. The hotel's design is both exciting and modern, with unique design elements in our room. There's a positive atmosphere throughout the hotel, with a great vibe. The hotel is located very close to the main attractions which we liked very much as it’s important to be close to all the main attractions. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We've stayed at numerous fine hotels over the years, but we firmly believe that this hotel served the best breakfast we've ever had. The attention to detail was great, with a vast array of delicious dishes, fresh pastries, and an especially delightful selection of warm dishes, including some tasty pancakes. The breakfast staff were as accommodating as they were efficient, enhancing our morning dining experience. Our special day was made even more memorable with a sweet surprise from the hotel. We anticipate our next stay and are grateful for the wonderful memories made during this visit. Thank you for a great experience! Best regards from the family from Denmark

We liked everything

Everything here was spectacular! We stayed here in a "panic" after having to leave another HORRIFIC hotel, so we booked it and moved in within an hour! They made us feel so welcome and comfortable after that experience. They held the restaurant open slightly later so that we could have breakfast (which was INCREDIBLE - delicious buffet including mimosas and espresso drinks, etc.! Smoothies, etc. Our kids were so excited there were even pancakes with maple syrup or other toppings). We loved the whimsical art, the lovely bar in the lobby with good drinks, where we met later that evening with our friends who also happened to be there from out of town, etc. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Loved the modern bathrooms, everything was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well designed. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and kind! Photo of the sculpture I'm attaching is of some of the fun art in the lobby (my friend and I may or may not have taken selfies with her trying to mimic her bubble! ;) LOL) Also a shot of the breakfast room with mimosas!

Nothing! Our stay was wonderful!

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lady at reception welcomed us with a map and explained all the local attractions/places to eat. The whole hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was located at the top with an amazing view of the Belfort Tower in the main market square. We had a Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge in our room, also good quality complimentary toiletries for bathroom. Breakfast was really special - had a great variety to choose from all buffet style. Ranging from full English, continental breakfasts, cereals and smoothies, yoghurts, freshly squeezed juices etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brugge, it’s located in centre very close walk to the main market square and other shops, but also very quiet location.

The bed was a little too firm for us, but the pillows were extremely soft, you sank into them. We were only able to get 4 TV channels, the others had signal problems. Although this didn’t bother us too much. If we made reception aware, I’m sure they would have fixed this.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and respectful. They gave us personal attention with tips about the city on a map. This kind of attention is rare nowadays. The room was very clean (for someone who is obsessed with cleanliness like me). The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this place. It is truly a gem.

The rooms on the first floor, where our son's room was, ran out of hot water the last night. He came up to our room to shower. The walls and floor boards are thin so that he could hear everything said in the downstairs lounge area. So choose a higher floor room.

I stayed in room 5 …. I loved the modern decor and the staff who were helpful and very welcoming, it’s also very near to the main square and restaurants😊

my only slight niggle with my room was not having a door to close off the bathroom and the bulky sink in the bedroom restricted easy movement around the bed - there seemed to be a big locked cupboard behind the wall where the sink was and thought that this perhaps could be knocked through to create more space in the bedroom and a retractable sliding door added to close off the bathroom …. other than that it’s a very lovely hotel 😊

my stay in BHS was pretty much flawless. My room was clean and well designed, I was on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the Belfort from the window. The shower in the room was powerful and warm, the free toiletries were of an excellent quality, better than what I use at home! the staff were amazing, really attentive and helpful. I was checked in by the hotel manager Susan who gave us a bunch of really helpful information on Brugge. The bar downstairs in the lobby was a great place to grab a early coffee or a night cap, the free cakes and sweets on the bar were also a welcome treat! The location is faultless, a 3 minute walk into the centre of the old town, but quiet and peaceful at night. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The only issue I has was the bed was a little soft, I’m used to a firmer mattress. however I am sure that if I had asked the staff to address this they would have, but I was only there for two nights and didn’t get around to asking.

Charming hotel with outdoor patio tucked away from the crowds yet very close to the main streets. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. The beds and room were very comfortable. Loved sitting in the lobby and outdoor patio for a coffee or drink.

Unfortunately we needed to use the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable and during the day the sofa cushions kept falling off when we sat on the sofa. The pillows also had a weird smell to them.

Literally everything. Start from the great location (right in the center) through the design and Christmas decorations. When i arrived, my room was ready early before check-in time. One of the receptionest gave me a map and explained a lot about the city. The room i had for one person was cozy and well designed and had everything i needed, including coffee and water. Bed was comfortable. Dont skip breakfast. it's highly recommended. I travel a lot, and this hotel is definitely one of my favorites.

It's really nothing.. but i could use a tall mirror in the room to check my outfit before leaving. And have to mention that i traveled solo but the room wil lbe small for two persons.

Lovely room with comfortable bed and brilliant shower. Staff were friendly and welcoming and gave us a handy map and recommendations of places to visit during our stay. Location is great and within walking distance of everything in central Bruge.

The reception area was lovely but there was a bad sewage smell which was off putting and unwelcoming. The entry into the hotel needs a rethink as the artificial grass gets really wet after it has been raining. The room doors aren’t very soundproof and the corridors were quite noisy when other guests were walking past.

Location was exceptional - in a quiet street but in the middle of beautiful Bruges. stylish interior design - lovely MOOKI toiletries, wonderful breakfast- fresh orange juice, tasty flans, eggs cooked to your liking and lots of other yummy items. Selection of lovely cakes free to nibble on in the lobby and a friendly little cocktail bar for a drink! All wonderful!!

Minor thing but for such a lovely property the walls are quite scuffed and the sensor lights for the hallway outside my room caused me to take a few steps in the pitch black when I left my room.
