Superb location, handy for the centre of Bruges. The room was clean and everything worked. The air conditioning was unobtrusive which was great.

Parking in Bruges centre is at a premium so what I say has to be seen in that perspective. There is very good (12 Euro per day) and safe parking 8 minutes walk from the hotel, and we were given good instructions by the hotel on how to access it, but it was a bit of an effort getting the bags to and fro. The hotel does have expensive (30 Euro per day) parking on site but you can't reserve it. We walked in for checkin with the bags, but for checkout (once we were used to the many driving constraints in the centre), we collected the car and parked short stay right outside the hotel to then load the bags.

With our vacation having started on the wrong foot with a very (very) wrong choice of apartment in Ghent, Martin Brugge's was a god send and our salvation. We checked in very early in the morning after having left the Ghent apartment overnight. The room was ready for us, super clean, and super comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Helpful staff, and unparalleled location a stone thrown away from the main square and a secondary equally busy square. Will not only most certainly return but will definitely recommend. Two thumbs up and 5 stars all around. THANK YOU MARTIN'S BRUGGE!

Absolutely nothing! Loved everything about this hotel.

I wasn't expecting this hotel to be as good as it was, I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend it to friends and family. We stayed 4 nights - Sunday to Thursday. Fast check in, very clean, lovely modern rooms with really comfortable bed and powerful shower. The location is amazing, very central, right behind the Belfry Tower, so close to everything really. It was surprisingly quiet too, given it's location behind the bell tower. The bells are ringing a lot throughout the day but once you close the window/door it's not a problem, not that it was a problem for us anyway....we quite enjoyed guessing the tunes!!! Checking out was fast too and there's free lockers to store baggage after you check out. We walked to and from the train station, it's about 20 mins walk on cobbles but it's a nice walk through Bruges, the cobbles are a bit of a pain with wheelie cases but Bruges is so beautiful I'd rather walk it than take a bus or taxi. Bruges is unreal, stunning place!

I was taken aback that we were not asked how our stay was when checking out, there was no communication from the lady at the desk at all when handing back the key card, no thank you or goodbye even, it was strange but I wouldn't let that put me off. The man who checked us in on arrival was friendly and welcoming though! : )

Martin's Brugge is a perfectly located hotel , right in the centre of Brugge. The place is surrounded by all the tourists attractions within a walking distance. The hotel offers comfort , the room was spacious, the place was clean , breakfast buffet was huge and good to keep you going through the day. The staff was very friendly and they offer a luggage storage facility which was very flexible. The mini shop at the reception is full of emergency supplies and the bar has a nice list of drinks. There is a huge seating space outside and overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Nothing to point out. If I have to point out , there were no coffee supplies/ kettle rack in the room. The lighting could have been improved

Our room was large, comfortable bed and warm quilt. Lovely bathroom. The hotel is centrally located opposite The Burg, walk through you are in The Burg Market square where are lots of cafes, restaurants. Nearby shops, chocolate, Christmas, waffles. We used the City Sightseeing tour bus and the Canal boat ride which were both fabulous. 5 minute walk to the Church of the Holy Blood. 10 minute walk to the Basilica of Our lady where the Madonna and child located. We could not have asked for a more perfect location for a hotel. We took a taxi to and from the railway.

Nothing Would have like tea making facilities

Excellent location just off the back of the belfry square, and central to everything. Room was very comfortable, nice bathroom and large TV. Check in and out were really easy and all staff very friendly. Handy little shop in the front and nice cosy bar for the evenings

Room was cosy but slightly on the small side. Not major as we didn’t spend too much time inside Breakfast was a chargeable extra at £20 so quite expensive if you just wanted something small Lack of minibar/water or tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a little disappointing especially given breakfast stopped at 10 and bar doesn’t open til 5.

Location location location - this is why we selected Martin's Brugge and we were completely satisfied with our choice. The hotel is right next to all the main attractions and the cool places in the city. We didn't have breakfast - for 20eur per person we opted for brunch and waffles. The rooms are a bit small, but we used ours mostly for sleeping, we didn't hang out much. The beds are comfy. It's a bit pricey - 160 eur with the city tax per night for 2 people, without breakfast, but for 3 nights we decided to go for it.

The price. The price to quality ratio - from my perspective - is not where it should be, but we decided to choose the hotel anyway, because of it's location. The fact that the parking was full (and quite expensive as well - 30 eur for 24 hours) didn't help, but there was a less expensive option (14 eur for 24 hours) 5 minutes walking distance to the hotel.

The hotel itself was nice and the beds were comfortable enough, but what really made the stay was the awesome shower water pressure and the excellent cleaning staff who kept our room looking and smelling great. Really an awesome experience, especially for the price. Also, the hotel was directly behind the Bruges Belfry which made for a very cool and unique experience walking to and from the city center, directly through the belfry.

The underground parking lot was full and there was a significant amount of road works flanking the hotel, making driving and navigating difficult. Clearly these are not direct faults of the hotel, but finding parking in close proximity was difficult at first. Once we found an overnight garage with plenty of parking 6 min walk away, it made our trip a lot less anxiety ridden.

Wonderful location - right behind the Belfry. Our rooms were very nice and very clean - ours was on the fourth floor and circular and our son and his family were in a family room which was big ! It was perfect for an overnight stop for us and we will definitely use this hotel if we travel to this beautiful place again.

The price of the parking is about twice that of the public car park near the park - having said that it would have been a lot less hassle if we could have parked in the hotel and it is right in the middle of the town. We didn't take the breakfast because of the price (there were six of us !) and there are loads of places close by for breakfast including waffles !

Our room had a great view of the Belfort and we were comfortable there. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The location was fantastic in the middle of Bruges and it was nice to have parking available at the hotel itself.

Check-in was a disaster. Our room was not ready at check-in time, we were told to wait in the lobby, which we did for nearly an hour before we had to ask for an update and access our room. We had very noisy neighbors. The layout of the hotel is odd with our room in another building. Was not a problem unless it was raining. Some additional costs for wifi and expensive breakfast. We ate elsewhere because it was cost prohibitive. Coffee/tea in the room would be nice.
