The gym was very large, with great options for weights and cardio. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was only a 15 min walk to Tomberg Metro making it easy to get into the centre of Brussels. Room was modern, clean and relaxing. A great hotel, we'd stay again if visiting Brussels.

In the wellness pool they turn the pumps to the water fall massage between 10-7. The spa is undergoing a renovation until Dec, so expect to hear drilling and banging whilst in the swimming pool. 1 of the temp saunas was turned off making it cramped only having 1 working.

some issues with lights and safe were taken care of immediately and with humor.

room was very rustic and small- I don't think this is for long stays- ours was 11 days we did not have enough hangers... and the first couple of days the attention to detail was lacking: no replacement of coffee packets, floor mat for bathroom missing etc.

It has a full spa, outdoor area and big gym with classes. I really loved it. Perfect for a detox or healthy weekend. It is also an upscale health club for locals. So lots of nice people coming in and it has a nice vibe. The hotel section only has a few rooms so its nice and private. The rooms are lovely, ESPA lotions etc. It also has little sound proof booths so you can work and make calls.

everything was great to be honest. Maybe more selection in the restaurant would be nice, more healthy options to suit the health club vibe! Like green juices or fruit and fresh choices.

It’s a brilliant place for work with family as the club facility & spa make the place very cosy . The staff is very friendly after a few days you feel at home.

Each stay we had issue with room temperature very hot at night even in November or April . The widow didn’t open in first room and the other room a suite the ac didn’t work properly for the size of the room .

The sport facilities, the garden and the restaurant were fantastic. The room (the suite) was spacious, cosy and the bed very comfortable.

The internet connection was bad and the TV not easy to use (could not turn the TV off, perhaps no battery in the remotes?).

The cleaning lady/man did not clean and changed the mug that I already used in the hotel room. He/she must have forgotten to change the new amd clean mug

Beautifully furnished rooms, comfortable beds and good showers. We didn’t use the pool and spa but it looked nice. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The swimming and sauna facilities were excellent. The room was well appointed and the staff were all friendly.

The room was very hot when we arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t intuitive. It was fine once we had worked it out. The food was quite expensive.
