It's a really good place for the price. The room was spacious and the beds/pillows were quite comfortable. Pedestal fan was provided as well since the weather was quite warm. Very good storage with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. The bathroom was quite decent size as well. The room including bathroom were neat and clean. The room was supplied with the iron, ironing board and hairdryer. While there may not be any kettle/tea/coffee within the room itself, they do offer unrestricted access to a shared kitchen (with other guests). The kitchen is nicely equipped - good selection of teas, kettle, cutleries, plates, glasses, microwave, electric hob, fridge, nespresso coffee machine (with pods) along side a small dining table and a sitting area. The location is absolutely fantastic, whether coming from or going to city centre or other Brussels Stations (Midi/Zuid, North/Nord, Shumann, Brussels-Luxembourg) you're always in a close proximity to a busor metro station. There is a bus stop literally within a minute walk to get buses to city centre, while coming back the buses drop you at stations within 5 minutes walk. Some very nice cafes, pubs and restaurants near by too. We stayed for a week and it was a delightful stay - no issues whatsoever. The owners are quick to respond/sort out any issues and provide clear information before the stay begins.

Nothing as such but perhaps a bell/intercom or another communication mode to reach out to owners in case anything is needed during the day. (They were available via the mobile phone, but thinking of international tourists who may experience roaming/connectivity issues or if owner is unable to answer the phone)

Location, quiet neighborhood, decent value for money, kitchen access equipped with everything you need (tea, coffee included), close to bus station, comfortable bed, desk included if you need to work on your laptop.

The bathroom sink had leaks which turned into slippery floor, tv on side of the bed (usually in front of the bed so you can watch when lying in bed), cleaning could be improved (stained curtains), lamp had some wires coming out of the wall

Large room with high ceilings and large bay windows with view of the back garden. The location is perfect for the European Commission. The building was renovated (good windows, modern shower...) but keeps its charm. Kitchen is small but practical and nice to have. There was complementary water bottle and fruit at arrival.

There might have been a bit of mold in the bathroom near the exhaust fan point in the bathroom and a couple other places, and not sure if the shower sinkhole is blocked or not, water took a while to go away after showering. The mattress was confy but a corner of the bed linen came off during the night and I could see there were some not no nice looking stains.

Extremely spacious. The room was the size of something I'd have expected for three times the price, with incredibly high ceilings and a lovely modern bathroom/shower combo. The access to the little kitchenette was just an added bonus on top, and is highly appreciated in just making life easier. The host was lovely and accommodating as well.

The "garden" wasn't really usable given the windows of three of the rooms look right into it and so you can see what all these people are doing at night. A surprising lack of ashtray outside as well. Found it dishonest to claim parking was available when it's just street parking - and in Brussels at that! Had to park at Loi parking which ended up being a 15 minute walk to the BNB. A bit frustrating and don't think parking should be listed as an amenity.

It’s in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Bus stop is one minute away and metro station is 5 min away by walking, which is just beside the European Commission headquarters. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Sometimes I could hear the noise of motorcycles. Fortunately, I am not a light sleeper so this would not affect my sleep but if you are easy to be disturbed by noise, be cautious.

My room was very quiet, overlooking the backyard. The bed was exquisite, multiple pillows. Big shower. A kitchen with a tea kettle across the corridor. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and pleasant to stay in - there is a big park 200 m from the house.

There was some kind of ambient perfume in my room - I prefer no artificial scents.

I booked last minute and was impressed by the flexibility of the host (who even kindly lend me a phone charger), especially since I was only able to check in very late. The room was very clean and large, with everything I needed for a good night's sleep. I will definately come back here, also because the price is competitive.

Nothing to declare, all was as expected... and even better.

The owner Sara is very friendly and accommodating. We were in the garden suite which was nice, spacious and reasonably well equipped to have breakfast there (but all you needed you could borrow from the main kitchen as well). The area is very easily connected to the main attractions in Brussels.

Arriving on a saturday was a bit difficult, it would have maybe helped if we had known before and were given a way to reach the owner or enter the B&B (it worked out in the end though, just could have been simpler :) ). Also the door to the garden suite is really difficult to close properly - not impossible but we feared that we would break the key or the door itself, so we just left it open which isn´t the best security wise. Noise level wasn´t great as the neighbours were having a party and spent a lot of time on their balcony, but this is probably the same everywhere in Brussels on a saturday night. No problem with earplugs!

It was a good choice, I would repeat if I go back to Brussels. Walking to the city centre is too long, but it is very well connected through public transport. There are parks nearby and some restaurants for a quiet dinner.

Everything was ok, nothing to highlight

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. It is located 6' away on foot from Schuman station and the street outside is not noisy. The host was very polite.

The water in the shower was at the limit of being acceptable warm, definitely not hot enough to have a relaxing shower.
