Good location, next to the EU institutions. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows.

- I found the breakfast quite poor. - I felt that some of the staff members were quite insincere. - When I checked in, the person asked in a weird way multiple times “please pay”/ “we will reserve an amount on your card, please pay”, as if I was going to run away without paying or so. It has never happened to me that a hotel already has a reservation guaranteed with my credit card and yet they want to charge/ hold an additional amount as extra guarantee. I found that attitude quite annoying and it initially ruined my mood. - Would have been good if the room had better coffee.

Certainly the staff is the best asset of the Aloft Schumman, enthusiastic, warm and welcoming. The location is exceptional having both train a metro station close, you can go directly to anywhere. There are restaurants and supermarket walking distance. Facilities are good, we understood that the hotel is trying to reduce consumption to be environmentally friendly and consider it a good practice.

Breakfast was good but I would suggest varying cheeses and cold cuts to add more options. However, overall is very good.

The hotel is nice, the room was very spatious and comfortable. The staff is nice. The location was great for my needs. There is a restaurant / bar adjacent to the hotel, that is very nice and very convenient.

Everything is good, apart from the fact that if you open the curtains in the room, people from the apparment building accos the patio have a very clear sight of you (I stayed on the 5th floor). The only curtains are the super heavy blavk out ones - so you are eather in the dark, or giving a preformance :) A light curtain bellow these would be great.

First stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and well equipped. The AC did not work properly but in March it was not really needed. Bed quite firm which suited me well. Nice little shop in the reception with light meals, coffee and snacks. Perfect location for my needs.

Not a place for a romantic weekend as the bathroom does not offer much privacy. The TV had a life of its own, from time to time no channels.

We stayed only 1 night but liked a lot. The atmosphere of the place is good, it's relax and gives you impression of comfy place (more then in regular hotel, despite being a hotel). The rooms were good size, well equipped and tidy. The staff was very friendly and communication was always very good and prompt (emails before). The hotel is located close to EU parlament, side from the park and in walking distance to city-center (15-20 min). The breakfast was excellent, a lot of nice healthy tasty choice (...despite coffee:-)))

What I liked best about Aloft Brussels Schuman was that room was QUIET, there were FOUR pillows, there were several hangers for my clothing. There was a long desk that also allowed me to set my luggage on top. There was a REFRIGERATOR (very important). There was a safe, though I did not use it. The shower had shampoo and conditioner, which was great. The shower gel bottle was empty, but bar soap was provided. The staff was terrific--they called to reserve a taxi for me and he was on time and professional. The bolsters on the bed were colorful and fun, like the chair with the striped pillow. And the art on the wall was a really nice touch.

I like a hotel that has a restaurant attached, and room service. Aloft caters to a younger crowd with music and other things, and that is fine, though it is not my thing. But the hotel worked for my purposes.

the hotel was extraordinary from a design perspective. the room was really neat and clean and looked exactly like in the picture. there were toillateries provided, tea and coffee, water, which made the difference to be honest. a very big room also I would say. the breakfast was also sufficient and I did apprecciate the non diary and non gluten options.

a small remark about the shower drain, it still had some hair, and wi fi password did not have a password which made me feel unsafe connecting to it. some eggs in the breakfast area were dark colored (probably old or too boiled). but all the other good parts made us forget about these small ones.

The rooms and the lobby are very nicely designed, I really loved the atmosphere and can only imagine what it would be like if the bar was also open.

We had a small awkward moment with the breakfast, we didn't want to have breakfast at the hotel in all the days so we decided to pay for just the last morning. The guy who took our request didn't write it down so the next morning I had to explain to another person that we have already paid. The lady went to check but did not come back to me to confirm that everything was alright or to apologise for the inconvenience. Not a big deal but I feel like this could have been handled better.

This hotel makes for a great business hotel with the added bonus that it has electric car charging in it's own garage. It's not optimized for traveling with someone else. The bathroom is not completely separate - a door would have been nice - and our room had a bed with a single large blanket. The aircon works well and on our floor with the window closed, it was relatively quiet.

Friendly and professional staff, very supportive if something is needed; good breakfast; room clean and tidy.

Reception is a noisy place (at least in the early evening). When collecting breakfast items, there is little space left to put your tray which is why extra care is needed not to drop items or the tray.
