Easy access to transport, facilities well designed for a small room to maximise function and sleep a family of 4

Parking not available onsite, hospital parking €2 per hour. 700m walk to station carpark which was very full. Drop off area blocked by hospital visitors.

Our accommodation at Adagio was great. The room was very clean and cosy. We had everything we needed and more than that - the whole little kitchen with the stove, fridge, microwave and all the dishes you need to cook a meal if you want. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the public tranportation. You can choose between bus or metro. The breakfast was varied. You can also make yourself an omlet.

The hotel has no parking lot. But you can park your car for 30 minutes directly in front of the entrance to unload your baggage. Or you can park for 2€ per hour at the parking lot of the hospital that's right beside of Adagio. There is also another parking lot, that is free of charge (Parking P&R: Delta) but you should consider yourself lucky if you find a spot. It is 750m away from the hotel.

Nice room, with comfy bed and nice small kitchen section with all facilities needed. Bathroom was clean, with everything needed Good location near the metro, and bus station, so you can get to the center quite fast. Almost nothing to complain about, you receive exactly what you see on the photos They also have small gym, as we were there in the morning, nobody was using it, so it was cool :) Don't know if we were allowed to do that, but we were able to make coffee in the morning in the dining zone unless we haven't paid for breakfast. Staff let us do that so we took the opportunity:)

We had an issue with payment, our Polish card wasn't working, and they said that it is a common stuff, so it would be nice to fix that There is no salt, oil, teabags in the kitchen section, it doesn't cost a lot but you wouldn't buy a whole package for a short trip

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, he explained everything I needed to know about the facilities, as well as giving us very useful tips.

Unfortunately the location was not suitable for what I needed. Lamentably, it was only possible to notice this after making the reservation, when the address appeared. I tried to cancel a few minutes after making the reservation and I was not authorized by the hotel. Although I understand the cancellation policy, I felt it was very inconsiderate not to make an exception for an online reservation where the cancellation request was made immediately after making the reservation.

Very good breakfast, ecologically orientated, not english style, but qualitative and with variety of choices. Not large but confortable rooms newly built. Spacious bathroom and confortable bed. Very kind reception especially Mr. Solo who very kindly helped me a lot to find my bag I had forgotten in a Taxi.

The hotel is not near the city center but the Metro and busses could help. As it is usual in central Europe hotels, the cover-quilt on the bed was very warm for the season. VERY IMPORTANT: the cleaning of the room and the change of the towels were not included in the price but an extra fee of 2-3 euros per day was demanded. Not a big amount but IT WAS NOT REFERED IN THE TERMS OF BOOKING.COM

This was my first time in one of the Adagio access properties, and I have to say I absolutely adore the concept: it is the perfect blend between a hotel service with many nice room facilities and a great breakfast buffet, and also an apartment with a kitchen in the room and no cleaning service every day. You are free to make yourself at home during your stay, while still enjoying the benefits of staying in the hotel. I will definitely look for Adagio next time I am staying somewhere for a few nights, not necessarily in Brussels.

The place is a bit too pricey for my taste: I happy with how comfortable the stay was and how convenient the location is (I wanted to stay close to VUB campus), but if there was any cheaper option also close to the campus I would have definitely preferred that even if it wasn't as comfortable.

Modern, clean hotel accommodation and friendly and helpful reception staff. I wasn’t given the room i booked initially but receptionist was able to accommodate us without any issues. Facilities are Ok. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Walking distance to town for restaurants, bars and food shopping. Train station to central Brussels 7 minutes on foot and 15 minutes by train, easy to navigate. Hospital opposite hotel has small supermarket which was very handy.

The rooms are a bit small for 4 people but for a short trip it’s fine, we only stayed 2 nights. We would return to this hotel for a weekend break.

Nice, clean hotel, easy to reach by car, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the room not crowded (there may be busier periods though). The reception has some frozen food like pizza and pasta and there is an oven to heat them up, very handy if you arrive late at night. There's a Carrefour Express nearby as well which surprisingly was open on Christmas day. You can leave the car in front of the hotel for a bit to move the luggage but can't park there. The receptionist gave us some suggestions where to park for free but I was too tired to wander around, so we just used the secure underground car park near the hotel at 2 euros per hour (though not entirely clear to me, I paid less than I thought, maybe some overnight discount).

I couldn't get the chromecast working.

Our room was amazing, fully equipped, very clean, sunny, and comfy. The size of the apartment is perfect for 2. We felt like home, and the big shower was a plus. The staff was always super friendly and kind, all the furniture from the hall to the room is new and well-finished. Moreover, they decorated the hall with Halloween-themed lovely ornaments. Also, even if the Aparthotel is next to the hospital, we have never heard any noise of ambulance from the street. Seriously amazing, on top of that, there's a Carrefour supermarket 7/7 in front of the building.

Perhaps the position could be more centered, but the "Delta" metro station is not far away from the Aparthotel. In 5-8 mins on foot, you can easily reach the metro line 5 and go wherever you want. Also, there's a bus stop "chirec" even closer. The district seemed quite safe to us, even at night, so I would recommend this property to everyone.

This is a budget hotel in the style of an Ibis or that sort of thing. Given that, it was actually very pleasant. The room was large enough and comfortable, with basic kitchenette facilities. There is a Carrefour Express in the next door building (a medical centre), so that is very convenient. There's not much else in the immediate vicinity, but it is a short walk to the metro train station and about 10 min walk to a nice shopping district with cafes.

There air conditioning in my room didn't work (during the hot summer) and they couldn't fix it the first night I was there. They moved to a nicer in room for the rest of my stay, so it worked out OK in the end.
