Stylish restaurant, nice beds, very clean.
Bar closes way too early. Our room had a connecting door to an adjacent one and you could literally hear every spoken word from our neighbors.

It’s a fresh design look. Excellent staff. Real gem
A bit too much of red for my taste. But that’s me.

We are family of 5 and it is hard for us to find accommodation such us Junior suites where we all can fit. Junior suite was perfect for our needs. Big spacious bedroom connected with the bathroom and one additional room with the sofa to sleep on where you’ll find table and chairs to eat, or for kids to draw and play. The rooms are super clean, and the housekeeper has done great job each day. The breakfast buffet is great, planty of choices. Fresh juices and smoothies are served each morning. If you would like to order a la carte menu there are not many choices but what they have is excellent. Steak is great and they have kid’s menu with smaller portions and is all super tasty. If you have inpatient kids like i do ☺️ you can schedule the dinner and arrive when is already served on the table. The vegetables soup of the day is excellent. The location is great. You have Parlament just few steps from the hotel and train is just next to the hotel building which can take you to Brugge, Dinant, Gent and many other places. The Natural Science museum is a must for a kids and is 7-8 min walk from the hotel. If you would like to walk to the city center it will take you 15-20 min of a walk through safe and nice neighborhoods. Thank you for having us ❤️

We loved everything, it was a very comfortable stay. Perfect towels, mattresses, beds, sheets, all the details are made for comfort. Perfect temperature, blinds, all points checked. Staff very accommodating and my kids really enjoyed the stay, including the pool table.
The only thing we didn’t really like was the restaurant. We didnt have breakfast but we had two dinners, the first one we ordered the creamy tagliatelle, which were tasty but came as soup, which was very weird. The second dinner, someone from the staff seemed out of it and the waffles are nowhere near the expected Belgian quality.

Location Friendly staff A cool place to stay
I would have rated the hotel higher but what stopped me from doing that was my last day. I kept calling House Keeping several times asking for the room to be cleaned. The staff were nice and friendly but no one would come and clean the room. I also explained that I don’t have HandWash (hand soup) but it wasn’t filled so I had to keep using the body gel from the shower just to clean my hand. I would’ve preferred to leave a more positive comment but when you return to your room at 6 pm & it’s still not clean, that is disappointing (despite me calling them 3 times during the day)

The family suite was fantastic with loads of space, very quiet, and we appreciated the table and seating for 4. The coffee machine and fridge were also useful. There was a good range of foods at breakfast and when we were there it was quiet and relaxed. The foyer area was welcoming and had a free pool table. The hotel is right next to the European Parliament building and only 15 minutes walk to the Gare de Midi (Zuid) train station.
There was no window in the main bedroom, and no main light. This made it nice and dark at night but a bit difficult to see during the evening when we were looking for things in the suitcase! A minor point though. Overall it was great and I'd definitely like to go back.

The suite that we stayed in was really spacious. We loved that there was a separate area for the children to sleep so that the whole room didn't need to be dark when they went to sleep before the adults. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty.
The beds were very clean, but there was a bit of debris that had been overlooked. For the price and reputation, I would expect a bit more attention to this detail. We would have loved more food options nearby and/or being closer to the metro. We were on foot without a stroller and two small children, so this is why it felt further to us... The bus stop was right next to the hotel and very easy to use.

The hotel decorations, interior design and all the carefully matched little details up to the toiletries (again my OCD kicking in 😅) but more importantly the entire staff's attitude, patience and eagerness to assist with your every demand and to resolve unexpected issues for you. They even got me out of hot waters with my own transport arrangement mishap and so I was able to make it to my flight back just in time, so a BIG THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏 to them. And of course the reception candies 😍 I can imagine how much more will this hotel improve your trip experience if it would be planned a little more in advance and for longer stays.
I think the cleaning could have been slightly better done in my room's bathroom (floor) and on the chair's upholstery but I also think I may suffer from OCD so please ignore that 🙃. Nevertheless, I used slippers anyway and never sat on that chair since I preferred the comfy round sofa. Also the curtains could have done a better job keeping the light out especially during the relatively short summer nights in Belgium, but that's quite challenging in itself anyway and I'm also a very light sleeper 😕.

Great location, very nice staff, very clean and fairly spacious and well furnished room.
OK breakfast buffet, but with a limited and unvarying selection. The cooked items (eggs, bacon, etc) were mediocre. The shower controls were also bad, the hot water knob didn't fix the water temperature and needed to be constantly adjusted, presumably when other rooms used hot water. And the cheap soap and shampoo dispensers were more liable to launch a gob of soap across the floor (or your shirt) than in your hand.

Breakfast Staff Names of the products in toilet - funny
No heating in toilet, it takes so long to dry the surface. I saw silverfish bugs in the toilet, because of the humidity, I guess. Would be good to install those little radiators for towels and floor, as in some other hotels. The toilet was a bit non-user friendly. The TV turned on every time I would use my smartphone (because I was connected to hotel’s WIFI). Extremely annoying. You cannot open the windows, the ventilation is ok, but still it’s strange and claustrophobic.
