The place was really nice and comfortable. Well equipped and good value for money and large comfy bed. The location wasn't in the centre of Brussels but only 10 minutes from a metro station.

When we arrived the key we got was for the wrong room which had someone else's belongings in it. We contacted the property and were told they would meet us to give us a new key. Then after waiting a while we phoned again to ask when they would get there and were then told there was a locker with a spare key. So we managed to get into our room but still had the other key to someone else's room which we were asked not to use. Seems very unsafe and the staff didn't seem to really know what was going on.

The gym needs to be cleaner and removal Of boards that were just dumped in there. Rack of dumbbells would be a great addition.

Initially i had no hot water in my studio, room was changed the next day. However unable to get in touch with reception staff outside working hours, as realised no hot water after 5pm.

Value for the money is incredible, but many many studios and lack of staff must mean that you have high chances of ending up on a bad apple. But at least my little studio was perfect.

I really was not a fan of having no front desk staff at all. It seems a bit weird and security wise it is odd. Luckily though the check-in procedure was well organised so no trouble here for me, however it might be best to really warn customers upon reservation that it is a fully autonomous and that they have to do it online prior to coming to the residence otherwise they might be locked out, at least temporarily which is not nice after a long trip. The second point is that you can't leave your luggage at reception after check out, again because it is likely there will be no reception to keep an eye on it, and no lockers available for that purpose, so bit weird as well.

Check in was extremely simple. Location close enough to the public transport (12 min to the Metro, but just across the bus station), and quiet enough to get a decent sleep. There is a supermarket at the ground floor and it had extremely good belgian beers for ridiculously low prices. You can buy bread and buns, cheese and salami and enjoy breakfast every morning because you have a fridge in your room.

There aren't many restaurants in the neighborhood. The ones that are there aren't open in the afternoon/evening, but that's not really an issue with this place.

This accommodation was exactly what I needed after weeks of hostel living and sharing with others. It was quiet, comfortable and so worth the splurge. It’s close to the metro which is in the centre of a university (?). I got a bit lost a few times because Maps wasn’t great when it came to navigating through the pedestrian sections of the uni, lol. Otherwise, it’s pretty simple and quick to get to the centre. There’s a supermarket in the building with great food and there is a laundry self-service area.

I arrived 10 minutes early and the staff wouldn’t let me check in. It was a bit frustrating as it’s not like I was an hour early. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve been a bit more flexible.

Everything by far is just delightful. Comfy bed, delicious shower pressure and temperature, all you need kitchen, plus the space! It is just perfectly spacious. At this point we have stayed at about 7-8 places in different cities all around Europe and one thing they had in common was small rooms, comfortable but tiny, this place is gigantic compared to those and seriously everything add up to a perfect experience.

Take into consideration the rooms are side to side with student dorms, so quiet is to be expected. For us that was not issue but would not recommend the pace if you are in a more party kind of mood.

There is everything you need to essentially live there. There is a store (even open on sundays), there is a kitchen in the room, there is a nice bathroom, bed, couch, table. It is essentially a studio apartment and I loved it. We had an accident and needed to do some laundry urgently - you know what's on site - a laundromat! While we waited for the laundry we played some foosball and relaxed in the common area.

Ironically the main issue was that if we didn´t put the "zzz do not disturb" sign up, our room was checked and cleaned (trash thrown out and toilet paper refilled), but we did not leave the room in condition to be entered because we were not aware. But really the staff is too good and too helpful is the worst of it :D

Comfortable and well-equipped rooms Cleanliness and maintenance Quiet Location with decent connectivity: Although not located in the city center, the residence is situated in a quiet area. It's close to public transport, with a Alma metro station about a 10-minute walk away and a bus station right across the street. This made it convenient to travel to different parts of Brussels while enjoying a peaceful environment

No breakfast but kitchen items were available and facility is close to a store where you could get almost everything you need.

Everything was going well until I was locked out of my room because of poor communication and almost missed my flight. The time limit of the receptionist should be stated and communication better.

I did not interact personally with the staff. Everything was done via e-mail/booking. Even the check-in and check-out will be done online. The room was very clean, and they bring you every day fresh towels. Shampoo and shower gels are also available in the room. In the main lobby, you'll find a common room where you can meet other young people and play some games (table tennis, table football, and even a piano!). The small supermarket right at the entrance is very convenient. I personally bought a lot of stuff there (snacks, bread, drinks etc.) that could last for the rest of the day during my trips. You can reach the city center via the metro (Alma stop). It's a bit far away, but you reach it by foot in about 10 min. overall, the trip to the city center is about 30 min long.
