We appreciated the flexibility of the hotel concerning our booking. We could not come at the dates originally booked because of a storm/cancelled trains and we had no problem changing the dates the very day of our planned arrival without any extra charges. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was calm and very clean and we had a good view. There were even a little fridge, a coffee machine and a hairdryer - those cannot be found in every hotel these days. We were close to restaurants and bars and had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

The breakfast was good, but it would have been better if there had been more choice and more staff. There was one single person for everything (reception, breakfast, kitchen, etc.) so it took some time to get bread or other things ("supply chain" not working). Also a larger choice of cheese, charcuterie, etc. as well as fresh bread (not the pre-baked one) would have been good, but of course this would have been even harder to handle for only one person. For longer stays it would certainly be nice to have a cupboard for clothes.

Excellent staff,always try to help and find solution to any request. The location was near main walking zone, 3 min, and nearist square St. Cathrine, 1 min was amaizing, full of small cafe and restaurants surrround a fontans. Even there is shown that there in no wifi, there is, regularly, and it works in all part of hotel normally. Brekfast is more than enough. Lift works normally. Quite. Everithing is clean and fresh. Beds are excellent an all room generally. There is a coffe machine. All the best to all team All recomendation.

I would definitely recommend the specific accommodation, especially for work visits since it combines all necessary services for a smooth stay. The staff was always friendly willing to assist with any matter, breakfast was served not only on time but earlier than the stated timeframe (which was very convenient when we had to leave the accommodation due to an early meeting), cleaning staff cleaned on a daily manner our room, the room was quite for us to rest at nights (and our room faced the main street), and we were located at a 2-minute walk from the metro station of St Kathrine. Breakfast was very nice offering many options for all likings and the coffee was very good (which is a rare occasion at hotels). Also, the area where the breakfast is served is a very nice place for one to work remotely if needed since the WIFI is excellent and it offers all sorts of comfortable sitting arrangements. An additional bonus, was the music playing which was great.

The only thing which was negative to our stay was that the bathroom floor needed a mopping upon our arrival. I would recon that this was a one-off experience, since the cleaning service was impeccable throughout our stay.

Great location. It was really easy to get back and forth to the main stations and in to the central areas in town. The staff were great and welcoming. We needed some advice about our travel plans and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and a good selection. Really good to have a little fridge in the room too.

The only issue (and is a small one) was the shower. It was a bit temperamental when trying to keep the temperature steady. Not really a problem, just a bit annoying.

Wonderful location, close to everything which was perfect since we didn’t have a car. Breakfast was great. Wifi was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevator was sometimes problematic because when someone on another floor didn’t close the elevator door, it would get stuck there. This happened to us a couple times. The other issue was the lighting in our room was terrible. The light switches were confusing, the lights themselves were in your face, too bright, with no shades. It would be nice to have a bedside lamp or reading light or something, instead of the super bright light that we couldn’t block or turn off.

A very nice, central hotel. I was super keen to stay here as I loved the decor and aesthetic. It was all lovely, staff super helpful, breakfast quite extensive and everything in the room lovely. Lots of options at breakfast which was great too and nice and central.

We were told breakfast was at a certain time, which was a little later than we ideally would have liked but were fine with it. On arrival, other people were finishing breakfast so must have been able to start earlier which was a bit odd. There were issues with the coffee machine on each morning, along with issues with our key card not working. We also felt it had a bit of a 'hostel' vibe, not sure why but that may just be us! We were also in the front room which fronts on to the street so with the window open it was a bit noisy but necessary for ventilation. All minor issues as overall we loved our stay.

The room was really nice: beautiful, clean, fresh green - very much appreciated. It seems the owner gave a lot of thoughts to Detail. Design Wise definately very nice, also entry hall/ Common areas Location in quiet street with Restaurants around the corner.

The breakfast looked better on the Photos than in Reality (no waffles as seen on Photos, my Child was looking forward to it). Staff at reception friendly during Check-in/check-out, but at during breakfast Hours not super attentive or dressed as you would expect in a Design Hotel, Loud Noise from Open kitchen door and while ranging dishes -all a bit more Like Students taking over random Shift on early Sunday Morning and not as i would assume in a 160 Euros per Night Design Hotel (rather in a Hostel). So breakfast/staff was not bad either, but not yet at same Level as i would rate the room/design.

Super cute hotel with stylish decor, but what really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The cozy and intimate atmosphere made the stay feel truly special. Plus, the location near Saint Catherine's, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and the subway station, added a lot of convenience to the experience.

The room could have been a bit bigger, but the beautiful design and artistic touches made up for it. Also, the weather wasn’t great, but hey, that’s hardly the hotel’s fault, haha. Quite contrary: they have umbrellas for guests, so perfect! :)

Very good location close to a more quiet centre with resturants and stores. It's easy to find the way to the city centre, which is within walking distance. The room had a good size with a modern design. Very clean room and a very appetizing breakfast.

We came back to our room late one night to find we had no bath towels. We went to the front desk only to find there were no one there only a couple phone numbers. We contacted the manager, that contacted the person supposedly staying at the hotel, but we never got bath towels that day, nor did we hear anything about it the next day while checking out. I would have appreciated a glass in the bathroom when brushing my teeth.
