The location was excellent! We were just 7 minutes walk from Centraal station, less than a 5 minute walk to Grand Place and the shopping area should you want that. We felt we were right in the middle of everything but once inside the hotel, noise was not an issue. The decor from the lobby to the elevator to the corridors to our room was consistent in theme and was luxurious but felt relaxed too. We didn't eat in the hotel but they had a very large and airy dining space where I'm sure a lovely breakfast could be enjoyed. We would stay here again no questions asked!

Nothing comes to mind!

Everything! The decor was fabulous-loved it. Staff super friendly and answered my email quickly. Luggage storage very helpful. Giant fan helped cool the room. The little extras (bottles water, earplugs which weren't needed as the windows were quiet soundproof, candy treats). Just very well thought out and executed. Highly recommend. This was one of the favorite parts of our first European trip. Very memorable. Thanks for a great stay. And it was National Day so the attendant gave us a map and told us about activities going on-so attentive.

We, a group of 3, stayed in a family room of Craves for one single night one our way trough Brussels. The hotel is centrally located and a good starting point to explore the city. The train stations Brussels-Midi/Zuid und Brussels-Nord are easily reachable - even by foot. The staff was welcoming and helpful and our room was more quieted than expected from such a central location. We did not have breakfast at Craves but did use the Nescafe machines one floor below our room to make coffee in the morning. Overall, we can recommend staying at Craves - especially if Brussels is just a stop for 1 or 2 nights on your trip.

We stayed in a room for 3 and it was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is great and the hotel staff was very friendly.

The bath screen is a bit low in relation to the shower head so we ended up with a lot of water on the floor (doesn't have a drainage). Maybe the lighting in the corridors need to be a bit brighter too and reception more visible. These comments are more like a feedback for the hotel rather than "things I didn't like". For the potential guests reading this: the above is not a big deal and this is a great option for staying in Brussels :)

The room was very spacious and very clean. the bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent with a great water pressure. One of the best I have seen in a hotel! I would recommend this hotel, conveniently located close to the De Brouckere metro station and the Grand Place. Touristy location, less of a business location but everything is easy to access in Brussels, so not a problem. Despite being located in a noisy area of Brussels, the room was very silent (no problem sleeping at night or focusing on work)

The window of the room didn't open (locked) and was glazed (probably because it was overlooking an internal courtyard). Not a big deal. There could have been a bigger desk in the room to work more comfortably; I do aprreciate that the hotel's public is made of tourists who may not need a desk during their stay.

The location exceeded our expectations (we wanted to stay close to the central station and also be in a position to see the major attractions of the city in a very limited period of time) . We liked the street of the hotel with many shops and restaurants. It is quite busy and it is not getting quiet early at night. I was not a problem for us but there are good blackout curtains and earplugs for those who might be more sensitive in this aspect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Luggage storage (we used after check-out) is very organised. The breakfast was superb. The room and the bathroom are quite spacious. The shower and bedding were very good. The a/c was a great relieve in a hot weather. Generally we had an impression of a very well managed hotel with attention to detail. I would gladly return when in Brussels next time.

Not that I could think of something... Maybe just a hairdryer. It can help with a very short haircut only. It was not an issue for us as we were using it on a hot summer day and I could dry my hair without it but if a guest with a longer hair wanted to dry her hair in the winter that could be a challenge.

I LOVED the room's interior design, very old school classy and it was very spacious too. The room had a huge window that could be opened, not much of a view but it was nice to have fresh air. Room had an AC and fan so you could switch up on either one to your liking. As always you don't expect much from the bar downstairs from your hotel but boy were we shocked! The vibe was amazing and so was the cocktails, that we did not leave the hotel to go out.

Thankfully the windows are a little soundproof so you can't actually hear much of the sounds from downstairs but it's better to request some place away from the public area if you're a light sleeper. Good part about the hotel tho is that they provide earplugs so you can sleep peacefully.

The location of this hotel was very good. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. We arrived by train and we were able to checkin with a room ready at 11:30am, a big bonus for us.

The decor was rather quirky and unusual and there was a lot of late night street noise. Our room overlooked the main street which was good during the day, but at night, partiers were out until dawn. The room handled the noise surprisingly well, but still noticeable. Also, when we came back to the hotel around 11 pm, there was a huge loud dinner/dance party in the restaurant on reception floor. We understand that staying in city center brings noise with it. It was OK for one night but don't expect a quiet stay!

The room had a good set up for couple traveling with teen. We changed to this hotel from something more upmarket that would have had a cot for a teen. The location is very central and a supermarket nextdoor. The dinner food at the restaurant is delicious (but go before 8 unless you like it very loud). Beds were comfortable and the decor is quirky and fun. Not boring. The room was very quiet - despite the loud restaurant and loud neighborhood the room was silent.

Would be so nice to have a mini fridge with all the options to buy chocolate and drinks. Also nice to have a small dresser for clothes. Hangers only. We checked in on the night restaurant was closed but if open it would be deafening at check in. Spouse sat in bar at early evening but could not get anyone's attention to serve him a drink. It was odd. I think next trip to Brussels I might try a quieter neighborhood but it is a good choice for a first trip. The staff was nice but the morning staff was a bit overwhelmed by requests and seemed short tempered a bit.

The styling of the property is lovely, giving a boutique feel which seems plush and cosy yet pleasingly quirky. The coffee and water stations on our floor were appreciated. The location was excellent for our 3 night stay being centrally positioned to reach all tourist sites, shopping outlets and other areas of the city very easily. It was also perfect for the train stations for our visit out to Ghent which we liked even more than Antwerp and Bruges which we had visited on previous trips. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and luggage storage was easy as we had arrived on the first Eurostar early in the morning prior to usual check in. Check out at 11:30 was also perfect for a leisurely departure.

Breakfast was fine for us as it was buffet style with good coffee, juices and bacon and scrambled eggs. Having boiled eggs along with other continental choices available would be an improvement. There is a strong possibility of noise here as the street is a busy largely pedestrian route but this is to be expected and is part of the city break experience really. We were disturbed by works taking place within the hotel itself on a couple of the days but as we were out and about for the vast majority of the time, we didn’t take the staff up on their offer of a change of room. It was fine and we understand that maintenance works need to happen occasionally.
