The location is ideal and is walking distance to all the major sites in central Brussels. The hotel staff are very helpful, polite and professional. The room was quiet as requested. The cocktails at the bar are delicious, especially when the mixologist is around. The breakfast offers a great selection of food, juices and coffees. The hotel was able to accommodate a late checkout.

The service was noticeably slow at dinner time and at the bar on busy evenings. It seemed more of a situation related to severe understaffing on those days. However, the personnel was very nice and keen to address any issues.

Hotel was in a great location, easy walking distance to city center, restaurants and attractions. Lobby was beautiful and welcoming. Room was spacious with a lovely view.

Although location was great, it was a bit tricky to get to by car. Parking garage was inconvenient. Hotel room was a bit dated and could use a refresher. Air conditioner was turned off for the season and the room was very hot. Restaurant had terrible service. We had dinner and service was so slow. When we ordered dessert after sitting for 2 plus hours, we were told kitchen was closed for the evening. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee machine broke and waiter said they would bring us coffee, they never did. We went to make a waffle and were told they would bring it to our table, they never did. Terrible service.

We loved everything about this hotel! It is centrally located - walking distance to the train station, attractions, restaurants. It is on a side street so even though we were minutes from everything it was very quite in the hotel. There is a restaurant on property with a pretty courtyard we had some drinks and small bites one night and it was so beautiful. The concierge was excellent. Each one was so friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. We easily took a day trip to Bruge - train station is a 10 minute walk. Concierge gave us recommendations of what to see and do in Brussels and Bruge.

Only one bottle of complementary water per room per day. It would have been nicer if they gave one per guest. If you used the water for the coffee in the room there was none left to drink without purchasing some.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from both La Grand Place and the Rue Nueve shopping street. It is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is rich.

Even when setting it to the lowest possible temperature, the air conditioning barely cooled the room.

The rooms and hallways are dark - the lighting is very low in the rooms and overall the upstairs area feels gothic and disconnected from the chic decor of the lobby and bar area. I was not on a business trip so the lack of light in the room forced me to be outside more often. But, I would not choose this hotel if I needed to work or rely on good lighting.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Lovely courtyard area and the rooms are excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. The gym area is nicely done, not much in the way of free weights but couple of running machines and bikes. The sauna steam room area is lovely. We always try and stay here when in Brussels, extremely central but also a quiet haven.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was cozy and the bed was amazing. We've visited Brussels many times and the location could not be beat. Close to shops, transit, restaurants and the Grand Place.

We had the thermostat turned all the way down but the room was a bit warm. It's an eco friendly hotel (which we love) so we understand the temperature control.

I like this hotel for the location, special atmosphere, friendly and polite staff, room and bed, and the breakfast of course. Nespresso coffee in the room too and they give you an umbrella if needed. It is hard to fault it, I go there every time I need to be in the center. Great stay once again.

If anything, the bathroom is a bit dangerous with the slippery showers. They should do something about that and meanwhile just be careful :) But this is only to fill the 'what did not you like' ;) clean all over in any case.

Very good location on a beautiful square next to the all restaurants and shops. Very lounge atmosphere , great to relax and to work also. Great terrace, very peaceful overall. Great design, decorations, fireplaces.

Serving of tea in the restaurant and in the room should be different. Otherwise it is strange to pay for the same tea you have in the room in the restaurant. Can be more premium, quite budget option.
