The hotel location is perfect. Stationed besides St Catherin, a lovely church and a plaza with nice restaurants. Most importantly, 4 minutes walk from the tram/metro system, and an 8 minutes walk from the marvellous Grote Markt plaza. We could reach all of our scheduled activities within a maximum 15-minute walk. The staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. Our 2 bed room was clean and pretty much comfortable.

The room's mino-fridge wasn't cooling enough. We've put some fresh fruits inside it since the breakfast only offered jam or canned fruit salad. Speaking about it, the breakfast was fair, mostly made of charcuterie and bread. Personally, we would have loved to see a brussel special item, a waffle station, for example, would've been wonderful.

This hotel is very good value if you want a central location without the frills. A city centre hotel offering breakfast (which was very generous) at these prices is a rare thing - if you don't need 'mood music', 'fancy artwork' and designer sinks then this place will suit you perfectly - very clean, comfortable and there is parking if you need it. Round the corner are great bars, restaurants and all the tourist sights.

The hotel is a short walk to Grand Place and a good location in general though a good 25 min walk from Brussels Midi. Room was comfortable. Bed was really comfy and ac was essential in the 30 degree plus heat we had. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good for us. Pastries, cereals, toast, baguette, cheese, meats and fruit and of course juice and hot drinks. All kept replenished.

Blurb on booking.com said there was a mini bar but there wasn't so we couldn't keep our water cold. It also said there was a complimentary drink but that apparently stopped during/after covid! Bathroom needed a proper refit. They'd painted the tiles but it still looked tatty. Shower screen needed sorting as water went everywhere. Duvet cover had a tear.

The room was great and the location perfect. The staff at the reception desk were really kind and friendly (Juliana was really kind with us). The breakfast was great, my sister and I were happy that we found hard eggs in the morning. The Grand Place (7 min walk) Bourse (5 min walk) They changed our towels and clean our room every day. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Overall, excellent choice if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Brussels.

A brunette lady in the morning was a bit rude with us when we got to the breakfast area. However, a nice blonde lady and a man were really kind and helpful.

This hotel could not be more central to everything...restaurants and bars a 5 minute walk, the historic centre a 10 minute walk, shops also a minute walk. The nearest train station is a 15 minute walk which you can travel to Bruge in only 4 stops....highly recommended. The hotel is quirky in that each floor, 3, is a part of the world, for example I stayed in Europe and every room depicts a city in Europe, London, Bern, Helsinki for example. Breakfast is full continental (but no full English), and plenty of it. Would stay again if ever I visit Brussels again.

Cant think of anything.

We have a pleasant stay there. The hotel is exactly in the centre, a half kilometre from Grand Place (10min walk). Very close to metro station Saint Catherine and Bourse. It’s a modern hotel inside and outside. As about the amenities, the room we stayed in was spacious included two big single beds with soft mattresses and a fully equipped bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer etc). Bed and bath towels were changed every day. They also have a small place where you leave your luggage but at your own risk. The breakfast included in the price was delicious and could fill you up but I think there’s not enough variety of what you could eat. The personnel was very gently and willing to answer any question. Always, there was at least one employee at the reception.

Was quite area hotel was fully booked but only way you would notice was busy at breakfast time !!! We stayed pride weekend but without extra noise as was quite street and no roudy guest which was nice people were respectful the bed were very comfortable

Couldn't really find fault but if I had to I'd say 10am breakfast means 10 bread for toast ran out at 9.40 but wasn't replaced croissants were so unless they had no bread I hear someone ask and was told du pan left!!! On second day I had wished I had gone down little earlier for breakfast been a Sunday loads of people seemed to go later but that was my own fault not hotels!!! Rooms were basic but clean and I thought was certainly cheaper than Ireland !!

Our family liked everything. The Hotel staff was super patient and friendly. Taking into account I have mixed and jammed the dates of arrival))), the stuff did not give me the chance to be stress. Thank you. Regarding rooms, just one comment: For those guests who do not like mansard floor ( under or on the roof ) you should ask about this before in order to avoid roof view etc. One room was very dark and for some people this can be the problem. Breakfast area is very cosy, continental breakfast meets expectations.

Atlas Hotel Brussels offers a delightful combination of comfort, convenience, and superb location in the heart of Belgium's capital city. The room exudes charm with its lovely and spacious layout, providing ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. The comfortable bed ensures a restful night's sleep, allowing guests to wake up refreshed and ready to explore all that Brussels has to offer. One of the hotel's standout features is its prime location, situated exactly in the center of the city. Within a mere half kilometer from the iconic Grand Place, guests can easily stroll to this historic landmark in just 10 minutes, immersing themselves in the beauty and culture of Brussels. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Saint Catherine and Bourse metro stations provides convenient access to further explore the city and its surrounding areas. The hotel's rooms and washrooms are well-appointed, providing a comfortable and functional space for guests to unwind after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. While maintaining a satisfactory standard, they offer a pleasant retreat amidst the bustling city center. Furthermore, guests can start their day on the right note with a satisfying breakfast served at the hotel. With a good selection of options to choose from, including both hot and cold dishes, guests can fuel up for a day of exploration ahead.

Firstly, while the breakfast provided at the hotel is satisfactory, there is room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. Expanding the selection of dishes and ensuring freshness and flavor could elevate the breakfast experience for guests. Additionally, providing proper mugs in the bedrooms for tea and coffee instead of paper ones would be a welcomed upgrade. Not only would this enhance the guest experience by offering a more enjoyable drinking vessel, but it would also align with environmentally friendly practices by reducing waste. By addressing these areas, Atlas Hotel Brussels can further enhance guest satisfaction and ensure a more enjoyable and sustainable stay for all visitors.

Location. Very near to the shops, train stations and attractions.

Some staff are not accommodating. One of the receptionist wasn’t very accommodating and doesn’t smile or greet the guests. Also, one of the waitresses ask me to put the food tray on my table and place my plates on the tray while eating which I find disrespectful as I have to move my plate while eating. I also find it unfair as I am the only one who was asked to do it. Other guests eats normally on the table without any food tray. Furthermore, I understand that the room needs to cleaned daily, but on our first day, as I was changing my clothes, to my surprise the cleaner suddenly unlocked the door without knocking. I hope you will look into this. Many thanks.
