This hotel is in the middle of the very hip area of Saint-Gery, with lots of bars and restaurants around it. As it was the national holiday when we were there, we were very, very thankful for an upgrade to a room at the back of the hotel. There was a lot going on on the streets around the hotel, but thankfully we did not hear a thing from the room we had. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. A funky kind of interior in darker colors and art on the walls. Bed was very comfortable and there was a Nespresso machine in the room. We did not book breakfast.

The washbasin looks nice but it was small and when I washed my face there was water all over the floor around it. Also the door of the shower has a gap at the bottom so if you are not careful the floor will get very wet. Happend to me the first day but was Ok after that.

The hotel is located right in the center and surrounded by places to eat or hang out. The room was pretty good as well and the beds very comfortable. The parking is very convenient and cheaper than other parking around.

The entrance of the hotel is not easy to find because it blends with the pubs around. The door of the toilet doesn't really close so is kind of uncomfortable if you are traveling with friends because you get no privacy in there. The pillows are also very thin so didn't find them comfortable at all and the second day we stayed, we didn't get any toilet paper when they cleaned the room so we had to look for someone to give us some.

Great location to center of Brussels. Walk from train station. Location is close to St. Catherine so lots of walkable eateries, bars and shopping district. I there is a lift, yey. Receptions were very friendly and hospitable. I did not mind the night scene of bars and crowd but if you don't want that, look elsewhere. Very clean room, clean bathroom which is in working order. My shower is open so pay attention to that. I travel solo so it's okay.

The location is amazing. the bed and the pillows are very very comfortable. The AC is great because it acclimatised the room and not blowing cold air on to your body while you are trying to sleep. The bathroom is lovely! Also during our stay we met with 4 receptionists and they were all lovely and efficient. This is very rare as we sometimes get a mix bag of nice staffs and not so nice staffs.

It could be cleaner. When you look closer to smaller details you can see that the room was turned around in a bit of a rush.

Location was great, room was really nice, facilities were really good. Once in the room we couldn't hear the outside night time economy at all. Very comfortable bed.

The room could have done with a couple of maintenance items. The blind wouldn't close (to keep.out the light and the shower screen was missing its seal. Neither a really big issue but something to bear in mind.

- Room very small but it is not a problem for us since we have stayed only for a night. - The room where we have stayed needs a lot of maintenance. - The design and decor of the room is very cute and original, however it could be very uncomfortable. The water of the sink splashes a lot, leaving the entire floor very wet which causes humidity around the bathroom.

Very stylish and well appointed room, lovely helpful staff, great location, good continental breakfast, very clean and a comfortable bed. Our room overlooked the busy square which was full of people enjoying themselves. A lovely buzz to the place but hotel itself was quiet. Two minutes walk from the metro station (Bourse) which itself was a quick 8 mins from Bruxelles Midi @ 2.60 EU. Hotel is 5 minutes from Grand Place.

Shower was an attachment on a stand alone bath. The bath looked nice in the room but was really impractical.

Great location - 5 min away from Grand Place and a major pedestrian street, right next a vibrant place of restaurants and bars. Walking distance to main sightseeing areas. Smiling and helpful personel. Cool design of the rooms, attention to design details and comfortable double-size bed.

The restuarant and jazz bar were under renovation and closed, so hopefully - next time when I visit, the renevation will be worth experiencing :)

Exceptional staff answered all our questions and took care of everything we needed. The tub was extra large, and I was able to take my first bath in a very long time (6'5"). The location is easy to access from several metro lines and is a very short walk from the main attractions.

The shower sprayed a bit of water everywhere, but it wasn't a big deal. The steps are narrow and a bit crooked, but there is an elevator. Some rooms are on half-floors, so you may need to carry luggage down a short flight of stairs. None of these things were major issues.
