I enjoyed Every cm² in Les Ecrins. The Typical Brussels Atmosphere, the Decoration in the room. TOP Brussels in every way. Breakfast in the Room is also a Wonderful thing & Delicious. Healthy and Full of energy. The Room itself, the Bathroom was fully to Enjoy, I can't describe it otherwise. The staff did their best to accommodate everything. For less good sleepers I can admit that the noise from outside is not top isolated in the room, Personly i have NO problem with that, and it even brings a Extra touch from the City of Brussels. So, Extra Enjoyment and Atmosphere. FYI: for people with reduced mobility: everything in the hotel is done with stairs, no other option. Let me close with Magic words : Les Ecrins, you will see me again ! Your Gem is the perfect spot in Brussels &, to Explore Brussels.

For the less experienced travelers and guests: at the time of booking, a short information message regarding: reception - door codes - guarantee, would be a welcome thing. Hotel already aware of this, and let me be clear : this did NOT detract from my experience in this Paradise.

The hotel upgraded us to a bigger room with a spa bath and allowed for early check in when requested. Prompt replies to questions via the booking.com app. The location was great - short walk to bars and restaurants and shops. Metro stations were also very close by - we didn’t use any transport in the city as we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel requests a 50€ deposit to be paid which was automatically refunded 2 days after I checked out.

Suitable for short stays as there is no drawers/shelves to put your belongings.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area although very close to the hustle and bustle of the city center. Room was nice and clean, very well organized. Staff was kind and helped me with the luggage I left for a few hours after the check out. They refunded me the deposit I payed in a few days, as they promised.

There were some workers in other rooms during my stay. They used hammer drills well into the evening. Maybe you'll be luckier, since they've probably finished the work by now.

we enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great, quiet but central. The apartment was spacious, communication was easy and very friendly. Additional wishes were met immediately. Even when we wanted to have an extra bed made, someone took care of it immediately. You have to think of the hotel as two houses next to each other with several small apartments. You are a minute away from the fish market and one of the most creative corners in brussels (Rue de Flandre).

A few details in the apartment could use a renewal, but that does not diminish our joy about the beautiful time in Brussels.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and willing to attend any request. The room was fantastic! it was quiet, spacious and very clean. Furthermore, as there was Netflix on Tv we enjoyed a lot watching movies. We also really liked the amenities with coffee and tea. I strongly suggest the future client to take a room with Jacuzzi as it was amazing and very relaxing, in addition there was a very confortable bath robe. We would love coming to this hotel again!

it could have been better if there was an elevator in this hotel.

Very clean and had all the amenities needed. Especially enjoyed the free coffee. The late check in time was great too, as you get send a code, so you can check in at any time. After checkout I was allowed to leave my suitcase for the day because my train left late in the evening.

A little expensive but very good compared to other hotels in Brussels. A little far away from the Eurostar train station but really good location for the centre of town. I was able to walk everywhere easily.

When I entered the hotel to check in, the girl at the reception was very kind, helped with my request, and was available online to help at any time. I also liked my room, it was spacious, cozy, and clean, with all the necessary facilities. During the night, there was no noise, the location is a bit further from the main street but still close to the center. I was charged a deposit during my stay, but it was back in 4 days. The next time I would like to stay there too.

Just a tiny thing, there was everything, except slippers

I liked the location, it was very central and close to the city center. The check in was very easy, good communication and the staff waited a bit longer until we arrived. The bed was confortable and the shower big enough.

The room was a bit cold and we didn't see how to turn on the heating. The room could be a bit more clean. The toilet doesn't give you much privacy, a better door would be appreciated. The room was noisy when other guest were going up the stairs and entering their rooms. The pictures give an impresion of newer rooms but they are more used than they seem.

Nice area , not busy. Good resturent and cafes around the area. Using passcode to get in the hotel and room so it is very easy to access, No need to wait for a person to check in which is convenient. Staff is helpful.

No lift so if stay high floor and have big baggage it can be tough because you have to carry up and down yourself. Baht room Floor can be slippery if wet.

The location was amazing and the rooms were lovely and comfortable.

The shower head in room 3.1 was slightly broken and was very difficult to use. Also, the was a slight gap between the door and the floor for the same bedroom which allowed noise to travel which especially wasn’t ideal due to the ongoing maintenance that was going on during our stay.
