The facilities, the room was great, everything was clean, and the location was amazing - everything worth seeing was within a walkable distance. The staff were very helpful and nice.

It wasn’t clear that the reception is just one bar table in a bar below and you go in through that bar. Also if you mind noise, it’s a place with nightlife outside so it can be quite noisy.

The staff were really accommodating and nice. The location was perfect, you can walk to mostly every tourist spot by foot. Before I saw reviews saying that it’s really loud in the night because of the bars downstairs, but we had our room on the fifth floor and with the window closed we didn’t hear a thing, but when you opened it you could obviously hear everything that was going on downstairs.

The bathroom is nice, but the shower doesn’t have a door or a curtain, it only has a glass wall on one side, so when you are showering you are literally flooding the whole bathroom. We put down towels on the ground but it didn’t help much, because the towels eventually would get soaked.

Centre city location, with a little research the metro will take you very close to hotel, lively trendy bar but excellent soundproofing to bedrooms we had a Peacefull stay & we are in our 80s! The staff could not have been more friendly & helpful. The breakfasts were amazing, try the Scandinavian breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to any age group. Bonus! They have a lift to the rooms. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful 80 th birthday trip. Ron & Mo Wood.

A small fridge would have been nice, but they were more than willing to give you ice buckets!

Amazing staff, very helpful and able to satisfy my requests, both for work and for leisure. The hotel has an amazing position, just round La Bourse place; is not very easy to find, because it's within the La Piece Bar, on the corner fo the street, but once in, rooms are small but comfy and they're clean. Also, I discovered Saint Catherine district, with plenty of restaurants and nice walks.

May be a bit noisy at night, because surrounded by bars and clubs, but just ask for rooms on the third or fourth floor and you'll not hear anything.

The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable and of a good size. The hotel is also very well located, with quick access to most of the places I wanted to visit.

The hotel entrance is through a bar that stays open until 1 am (there's no separate access) and the access elevator is quite small. Also, the bar plays music until it closes, which could be heard from the room I was staying in (1st floor). As I am a heavy sleeper and enjoy bars, neither of these were a big issue for me, but I think that they should be better explained to travelers while booking as they are a big contrast to the room's quality.

Very central location and easy to get everywhere. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very slow and I was told it started at 730am when it didn't start until 8am. It was tasty when it came though, but if you need to be out for the day by 830am don't count on it being ready! Nightime noise but this is to be expected in such a central location so I didn't find it problematic.

Room was lovely and neat - they tidied every day but not too early so we were never rushed. The staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly. Also, their charcuterie was delicious and just what we needed on our first night.

There was some roadworks that started very early in the morning outside the hotel, but that's not the hotel's fault and it's just an expected downside of staying in a city centre.

The beds were very comfy, the room was spacious, and the staff friendly. The best perk of this hotel is definitely the location, 7min walk from the Grand place and main streets. I asked for a balcony and they gave me one, with a great view!

The noise at night - there is a bar on the main floor playing music until 3am. But that is what you get when staying in the centre of Brussels! I was able to sleep very well with earplugs.

Fantastic location at heart of Brussels. Great hotel with good ambience. Staff was really good. Good Food ( also breakfast included in the price) with an amazing bar.

While overall food was good. For Vegetarians and Vegans , they should evolve the menu.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Decent furnishings in both rooms. A bit on the small side but it doesn't feel cramped. Great location even tho there was road construction going on during my stay. I'd consider coming back.
