We have stayed here before so we knew the surroundings .We also had the same room very comfortable. Warm and clean .Great for bruges and ghent Christmas markets .We used the train and tram very enjoyable.

Only thing was people slammed the doors early in morning or late at night. But that isn't down to the hotel just the people whi stay.

Very central location, perfect if you arrive by train. Even by car is convenient as there's a lot of parking in the area. Single room was small but functional (would even fit 2 people) and Breakfast was just amazing, plenty of choice and very nice lady at the service.

Had to close the windows because of the seagulls, they can be very noisy! But nothing the hotel can do about :-)

Perfect location on the beach with great views and easy to access, excellent breakfast, the restaurant oh the hotel was one of the best I have tried, helpful staff, the best value for money in Ostende! If you are in the city just book there!

A bit more fashion rooms but for their price were very good!

Great view and the room was very clean. also amazing breakfast. Very good location and exceptional that it accepts dogs. Overall the room is value for money and certainly will love to get back for another stay.

The location the the town and sea front

As the restaurant is very popular as we booked just booked into the hotel they should have informed us to make a reservation for a table as a concerquence we could not eat and had to search for another restaurant.

the hotel is located right on the sea front with sensational public spaces. there is a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor also owned by the hotel proprietor that has a great menu. a separate first fool restaurant is where breakfast is had. rooms are very clean and comfortable and the bed we had was king size plus.

there is nothing to not like

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the harbour, everything is in easy reach. On top of this there is a really good cafe-restaurant attached to the hotel, with good food and drink, fast service and really cheerful and friendly staff.

Lovely clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lovely, served by 2 lovely friendly staff..

For 2 days the lift was out of action & we weren’t informed about which was very inconvenient as room was on 4th floor.

The breakfast is one of the best I had for a long time. The room gives a view over the marina and the sun shines in, there is a great choice of excellent food and the sevice is very friendly and quick
