Solid hotel. Good breakfast. Nice pool, no reservation needed, and kids can swim the whole day, which was the reason to choose this hotel.

No airconditioning or ventilation; had to sleep with windows open even in April. I would not stay in this room in the summer. No restaurant in the hotel, which is rather inconvenient and food options in the immediate area are not suitable for small children, too noisy and full of grill smoke.

Great stay overall in hotel Bero. Large room and even two toilets (1 separate for wheelchair persons ). Modern light bathroom... Nice breakfast... Great Spa (hammam was very hot, which was really great). Personnel was friendly...

Didn't like the cardboard glasses in the bathroom instead of real glas glasses and no tea spoon but wooden sticks instead. Also no nespresso in the room but only water boiler for nescafe. For a four star hotel this is disappointing. I had my room at the back of the hotel. A lot of noise there from airconditioning pipes (at least I think that's what it was). Also the windows were both covered with brown curtains, which couldn't be opened. So there was no view thru the window. This was not good.

The pool though cool was never busy and we all loved it including our kids 11 and 13. We loved the saunas and steam room too, no need to book anything. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. The food was tasty and fresh and renewed as required. Our room was perfect and we enjoyed being close to the beach.

The pillows could have been comfier though I found the bed comfy. The water pressure wasn’t great from the shower in our room but the showers in the spa were brilliant.

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice and good quality, it exceeded my expectations ! Having a swimming pool and a kids play area is a big bonus !

In the evening, you need to search a bit to find someone that can help you to buy a drink. The room we had was very large and spacious, ideal as family room but is a bit outdated. I think that more newer rooms are also available in the hotel, but as we needed a family room, I think they are in the wing that was not renovated yet.

Excellent kids play area. Nice swimming pool. Spacious room with two comfortable large double beds. Very close to the beach.

No wifi signal in our room and reception were unwilling/unable to do anything to help. Their explanation that it was a problem everywhere in the hotel was untrue as there was wifi signal in the corridor and immediately by the door of the room. Hot food at breakfast was not refilled/replaced often enough. Lack of sockets near the bed.

Good size of room; good spread of breakfast items (included in the room price); friendly and helpful staff

Minor issues: one light in the room was flickering, another didn't work at all and another was missing its shade. These issues couldn't be resolved during the stay but didn't impact on it. The implication was that these features were not checked as part of the preparation of the room.

Location was very good, variety of breakfast and food was fresh and tasty, specious and clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice warmed swimming pool.

Very unpleasant smell in the room and sometimes in corridor that was probably coming from some ventilation. A bit dated bathroom with some strange shower options. Our room was directly facing extremely noisy construction work just next to hotel that was starting every morning a bit after 7. This is not something you want on your holiday, and I would expect the price to be lower or that we got at least informed by hotel about this so we could reconsider our decision. We understand that this has nothing to do with the hotel or staff but they need to take this in to account and inform guests in advance or reduce the price as it was not possible to sleep due to noise.

Breakfast was really good quality with plenty of choice. Pool was a bit cold but still nice. The sauna/steam room were also lovely. Staff was friendly and allowed us to use the pool and steam room even after checkout without any issues.

There was no parking and the parking in the garage next door costs €27 per day and this isn't advertised anywhere on the website so it's a hidden cost.

the swimming pool is too cold. we had a nice room with a nice view that can see the sea a bit but the room was near the bar and the street so during the night we heard the music and people from outside.

everything was perfect except 2 things. Breakfast was perfect, pool was perfect, bed was perfect, shower was perfect, location was perfect.

1st. the staff was a little cold. not welcoming. very robotic. 2nd there was a bad smell in the room voth days we stayed. you get used to it after a while, but is isn’t pleasent.
