The staff were excellent, on arrival in the Hotel Bero, they apologised for the inconvenience ue to the change of hotel, and even though the room that was allocated to us initially was unsuitable, the hotel rectified this immediately it was brought to their attention. Very friendly and responsive staff with excellent facilities

The Glenmore was closed for refurbishment when we arrived. We had no prior notice of this or our move to the Glenmore's sister Hotel Bero. This was a little distressing on arrival as we were not sure what was happening.

Very good location close by the promenade and a short walking distance to the train station. The room was clean, with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the breakfast room is very pretty. The staff were efficient and helpful.

Pastries at breakfast could be better.

The central location was excellent. The buffet breakfast was also excellent

We booked a standard room and the bathroom was pretty compact to say the least. We also had a bad experience trying to get a drink in the bar and the waiter/night watchman went out of his way not to serve us

Very pretty and cosy hotel right in front of the beach. Beautiful rooftop, sauna access, very spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice. The staff is veeeery very nice and very helpful! I will be 100% back!!

The breakfast is delicious and its just few steps away from the beach!!

If you are going by car, parking could be a trouble because there are just 3 outside hotel, however you can park near the hotel in a payed parking lot

Breakfast was excellent

Room hot due to the weather but window opened onto the fire escape, so was worried about leaving it open at night. Maybe some means of locking window in a partially open position would be good. (Don't really want AC)

Breakfast was very nice. Buffet style, I built myself most of a fry up! The coffee was good and the dining room was clean. Other things were available.

Cosy hotel near to the beach front, nice roof top terrace. COVID-safe breakfast was good. Personal there is very friendly.

Communication before the travel was not ideal so we did not know if the room will still be reserved for late arrival. The same applied to the garage for the car. Everything worked out well at the end but to know in advance would be much more comfortable.

The room was charming and really clean. We had breaksfast and everything was fresh, we had a great selection and the personal was kind. The hotel is really close to the beach and to the train station.
