Location of the hotel close to the beach, in a small street with little (one-way) traffic. The room offered enough space, was clean and quiet (second floor). Bathroom and toilet separated. Good bath (and shower). The small balcony was useful. The bed was nice. Breakfast was huge: great choice of everything (bread, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit, etc.). Last but not least, friendly staff, accurate and helpful. We stayed here with our grand-child for three nights and would stay here again.

No airco. The door of the elevator was a bit noisy. The children's room on the ground floor could need some refreshment (some toy-materials didn't work no longer as they should).

We had a great stay at the Princess Hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Check-in was smooth and efficient and our room was much bigger than I was expecting including the bathroom which even came with a bath. The hotel is a minute's walk from the beach and about a fifteen minute walk from the train station. We found it very convenient for the main shopping area of Ostend. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from including non-dairy options.

Nothing to say here. We were very happy with our stay at the Princess and would certainly use it again if we returned to Ostend.

Friendly hotel, centrally located with close proximity to restaurants bars and the beach. The ensuite rooms are clean and comfortable, with tv, mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. Guests can enjoy the fantastic and extensive hot and cold breakfast buffet, a selection that would be hard to beat! Exceptional care is taken in the breakfast room to keep everything clean and Covid safe!!

Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice, hot and cold options for all tastes. Location was ideal for the event we were attending. Bar was available at night every evening we returned, though not always necessary.

Lift is a little small, but was reliable.

I really liked the location of hotel, which is really close to the beach and supermarkets and was very accessible. Also, I liked the bathroom, which has a modern touch and the breakfast, that was very diverse. Lastly, the personnel was very kind to us.

The room was a little bit dusty, but everything else was really good. It is a hotel we recommend if you go to Oostende.

Fantastic place to stay when in Ostend, 1 min walk to the seafront and 5 min walk to the main square Room was clean and warm and had a small fridge and tea making facilities which was a nice touch. In fact the whole hotel was clean and spotless. Breakfast was good with a great choice and all way's topped up.

We got there a bit early but it was not a problem, our room was already prepared. The staff are always friendly and helpful, most of whom speak 3 languages (Dutch, French and English), Maybe more but I only speak those three. With the current COVID situation, the town was not as crowed as it normally is at this time of year. That made for less stressful walks along the dike and beach.

The weather: it was raining on the last day but that is not the fault of the hotel or their staff. With the on-going COVID situation, there are a lot of closed cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Everything is excellent! Good situation, just 1 min to the sea, room is big, comfortable, clean 👌 Breakfast is very good and we really appreciated ❤️Staff is polite and professional, bravo! We will come back here again with big pleasure 💕

Just little remark : it would be great to have in room real cups for tea. It's great that we had kettle to make tea&coffee but real cups would be great instead of paper glass 👍Thank you😘

Location is great near the sea and the port, and on the other hand also close to city center. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Beds could be better, a little too hard for my back. The best experience was the breakfast starting with very good coffee and a lot of choice to fill your plate. Staff is friendly and professional.

clean, modern bathroom, big walk in shower, good beds, a lot of choice for breakfast and everyone was very friendly. The location is superb as well, very close to the beach and close to the city and station. Would definitely stay here again, recommend this!!

Some of the bread and pastry was not fresh anymore. No view, but that’s no problem since you’re in 30” at the beach..
