Great location, 5 minutes drive outside St Pieters Leeuw and not far from Kasteel Gaasbeek. The accommodation is well laid out, in great condition and stylishly decorated. Rooms were spotless and well presented with plenty of space. Communal areas included a well stocked honesty bar and lovely balcony area. Have to say that breakfast in the conservatory was absolutely first class. Fresh fruit, wonderful cheese and meat selections, bread, pastries, yoghurts, eggs cooked to your preferred style and we were even treated with cake. Stephan and Marleen were great hosts and we were all thoroughly impressed with our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Location really nice for castles and gardens nearby. Property was a lovely spacious barn conversion with 3 guest rooms. Our room was large with a huge bed and antique furniture. The bathroom was new and very clean. Lovely terrace area with table and chairs with views of the church. Breakfast tremendous. It was not included in the price but it was well worth the extra cost with different hams, cheeses, rolls croissants and much more. There was a shared fridge which was very handy to keep beers and cheeses cool.
All perfect.

This place is amazing. It is very peaceful and homey. The big room downstairs has a terrace that opens to the backyard. The shared lounge and sunroom are beautifully decorated with lots of flowers. The breakfast is to die for. There’s a bus stop right outside that makes it possible to conveniently get to the city without a car. The town is quite, but there is a pizzeria, a pharmacy, a small cafe/store, and a bakery within walking distance. We stayed at this B&B in July. The room was cool when it was hot outside, and we were given a parasol when we wanted to sit on the terrace. Last but definitely not least, the owners Marleen and Stephan couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived earlier than check in time, and it was impeccably clean, with fresh towels and washcloths for each of us. We had to stay for a couple hours longer after checkout, and our hosts kept offering extra food and coffee, basically giving us lunch too! We hope to be back to this sweet little heaven on earth.

Lovely barn conversion. Great bathroom and interesting classic furniture. Terrace shady in the evening in July, where we ate our takeaway meal. Well stocked fridge with cold drinks honesty bar.
Making tea tricky as the sideboard is very high! No fresh milk. We stayed on a Monday, all the local options for supper were shut. We cycled straight past it....could do with a 'landmark' ...maybe a nice statue or a brightly coloured gatepost.

The breakfast was delicious and very well prepared. The hosts were attentive to details. There were different types of bread, jelly, cheese, ham, yogurts, fruits, milk, and coffee. It felt like home.
It was a bit far from Brussells, but I chose the place knowing that, and it's not a downside.
