We’ve stayed 2 times at this hotel, first time in January and second time in February. The hotel is very close to the gondola, they have a bus that gives you a ride anytime you need, even is just 5 min walk. The hotel position is very good, vis-vis they have a supermarket and is 2 min far away from Victoria restaurant, the the best restaurant from Bansko.The breakfast is good depending of the season, in the beginning of the season was poor and in the high season was good and diverse. The pool and the sauna are great, warm water for kids and wasn’t crowd. They clean everyday the room, provide new towels and coffee capsules for coffee machine. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very warm. we stayed also at Boutique hotel for few days but still we will choose Ores hotel because the price is good for apartment, the position excellent, the spa great and close to gondola even to walk with a kid.

First time we stayed in 101 that is close to the reception and is a noisy because all the time the door is opening and closing. Because of this when you go to the spa is cold in the corridor. The second time we stayed on the 2nd floor very nice room but was smelling very bad because someone smoked there during stay. They apologise and tried to fix it.

We booked an apartment for our stay, and it was just lovely. Good sized bedroom, comfortable bed, sitting room, and kitchenette with kettle and fridge. Nice patio accessible from both bedroom and sitting room. The spa facilities were fantastic and the therapist and spa receptionist were just excellent. Location was amazing, for the price. If there had been snow, we would be 40 yards from skiing to the gondola. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, which was varied and sufficient. Very close to some great evening restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful, and we have booked to go back again next January, and take our friends with us.

The hotel was very nice. They had a good variety for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The location was very good close to supermarkets, ski lift, ski rental shops. It is located in a quiet part of town and the good thing is that is not in the middle of food smell/smoke from the center but still a small walking distance from it. We used the pool and the massage services a few times and we recommend it. I wish the smimming pool was a little bit warmer but it is due to personal taste.

Although we were in contact with them prior to our arrival so they could cater vegan breakfast for my husband, they didn't really get prepared for it. The girl in the breakfast area was not acknowledged of what was vegan or not and was very impatient to explain anything, leave apart the lack of willingness to go check. We mentioned that in the reception that we would like some vegan bread and milk and nothing was done about it.

The staff was very nice (especially the dinner waiter Andrei). The food was very good and always variety ( at least 3-4 different dishes for dinner - chiken, pork, veil or lamb) Nice place for kids ( playroom, play station ) Really close to the gondola ( 2 min walk in boots) Pretty good massage at spa and good price in happy hour time ( before 13:00 - about 30 euros for full vody and face -50 min) Coffe machine and tea in the room

In the room , under the couch was a lot of dust The restaurant at dinner has no free water Parking is nor free - about 8 euro per day The spa was allowing some guys to come from slopes directly to swimmingpool ( no shower before) You could feel the chlor smell from the swimmingpool in the restaurant lobby

Is our 4th time to Ores hotel and I think is the best quality price hotel from Bansko. Very good location, close to gondola even if you walk with kids :) Shuttle service to the gondola is great, they help you with a ride when you need or when you call reception. Big apartament with a lot of facilities, daily cleaning service and towels change. Nice pool, the water was cold in the first day but after I told them the pool water had 34 degrees :). They are open to help and solve any problems and this is a plus. In the rooms is very warm and nice. They have a big sauna that is very nice and well maintained.

They need to change the towels and sheets quality to be 5 stars hotel. The pillows are not very comfortable because the pillow cover is smaller then the pillow and this makes the pillow to tall and hard.

Good value for money, comfortable stay, nice staff, pool, massages, jacuzzi, shuttle to the gondola, free parking. Close to ski rentals and the gondola is 10 mins on foot.

Room could use some extra cleaning (dusty in the wardrobe, plastic bag over the fire alarm). Not a lot of options at their restaurant, especially if you have kids with allegies. The big bed is actually 2 small matresses put together. Makes it difficult for a kid to sleep in the middle.

Close to gondola, cosy, good breakfast, good spa, excelent massage

Pillows were not confortable. There was available a confortable pillow menu, but chargeable, which was not expected for 5 stars hotel

Our room was large and comfortable. There were a kitchen which has a coffee machine and a balcony. Reception was helpful. Hotel was approximetely 400 meters to Gondola station. They rent ski equipment for 25 bgn and a limited shuttle to the gondola station. But i prefer to rent equipment near gondola for 30 bgn. No need to wait for shuttle or walk with ski boots.

Restaurant part of the hotel is a little bit dark and it’s in the “-1” th floor near the swimming pool (which is very very little) foods were limited but not bad. When we’d got our room we found a half-empty water bottle in minibar that they tried to made us pay for. (We didn’t) and that was not a nice experience.

-Close to the ski gondola -Recently renovated and everything new inside -Good food at the restaurant -Amenities in the room: coffee maker, electric tea kettle and a fridge

-The shower was missing its glass walls, so the water spilled all over the bathroom and potentially into the hallway, so we had to be careful not to use too much water. -Breakfast was fine when the waiters got your order right. It happend twice to us -We had to pay for parking next to the hotel even though it isn't in the enclosed private parking area.
