The hotel is actually very close to the bus station for the airport bus line (I think it's #15) which also goes to the city center and the beach, so the location is pretty good. The room was spacious, perfectly clean and the service was very nice, clean towels every day. The equipment is a bit older but still in nice shape. The hotel breakfast exceeded my expectations a lot, it was very tasty with large variety of food to choose from, even pancakes were included.

For me, the disappointing part was the pool. It is supposed to be included in the price and it was advertised as available at the time of my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told the pool is under repair and would be available the next day. The next day I was told it would be available the next week. I was not able to use the pool at all during my stay although it was one of my main deciding factors when choosing the accommodation. To sum up, it would be fair to indicate the unavailability of these facilities so people are aware of it when booking the accommodation. Lastly, it is a bit of a pity that the balcony in the suite doesn't have at least a chair to sit at.

We went for a swim,the pool was alright for my Mum because She isn't a good swimmer (the deepest level is 1.6 m) which is not deep enough for me and not very long but I suppose is good for kids and older people also the water was a bit too cold I thought should be a bit warmer and there was some kind of portable air-conditioning which was making so much noise but it's was ok for refreshing after a hot day I suppose 😄We didn't stayed long at the pool 😅

The room was clean; good size; good access; fridge and good wiffi . Staff friendly accept one man on reception.( will expand next section) Good Gym and pool.Good choice of breakfast.

Not much really, staff in breakfast were quick to clear away plats etc when guest were still eating...rude and annoying ,please train up your staff in procedures - i could do,as as trainer a coarse for them. Now a young man on reception, got annoyed when at 6am i asked him to call for a taxi, i disturbed him whilst `busy` on his smartphone. I asked him if he could get a quote of fares to the station ,his reaction :! " ask em yourself" , and got got up in a "challenging gesture" , which i`m glad for his sake, he never moved any further forward beyond the reception screen

It was very clean and the breakfasts were my favourite part of our stay! Spa zone was great, very clean.

when it comes to dinner, I would recommend going somewhere else as the food was not as good as the breakfast they provide. It took them too long to prepare the food and our order was mistaken. regarding the spa, The odd was that we had to pay for the usage of bathrobes which is strange for a spa hotel.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty. There are shops and bakeries close by. We were on the 7th floor and view was really nice. Pet friendly, but fee is required.

Hotel is located on a very busy street, so it is extremely noisy. If hotel is full there are difficulties finding a parking space. TV has only few channels. Cleaning fee for pet is too high.

- very good price for the specific date we visited the place. - compared to our last visit we received a room which looked to the yard rather than the main road. It was very quiet. The street side is really not for light sleepers. - spacious and clean bathroom with a tub with enough toiletries. - very good water pressure both hot and cold.

- Soundproofing between rooms is one of the worst I've seen. - for some reason we had one single person blanket in the room rather than 2 or a large one. - WiFi

Very good value for money ... but I was out of season in Covidtimes. Good-sized rooms, bathroom with bath/shower, pretty quiet, big TV (though bring your favourite movies/TV on a thumbdrive), good breakfast but with lousy coffee (though this the rule not the exception with hotel breakfasts IMO), staff all polite and try to be helpful. Small swimming pool was nice and gym looks well-resourced.

'Hot' water was never hot (sometimes just warm) and there was no kettle in the room. The 'desk' was a small, glass mini table not suited to work (though for many people that's okay).

The room was spacious, clean with super comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was great, good selection of cheeses, eggs options, fruits, jams and yogurt.

The only small setback was the location, it took about 10 min by bust to get to the hotel form the city centre. Walking, it would take about 30 min.

Nice cozy place, but all good impression was spoilt by ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE LADY at the breakfast zone ! We have never more unfriendly person ! She is just hating guests who came for a breakfast, I guest ! all the rest people in hotel were absolutely gorgeous, friendly and so willing to help! please , just train only one person, who destroys all your wonderful work !

We were quite surprised at what we got at this hotel for the price. Great breakfast, pool, gym (outdated but great), big room - everything we needed for a one night stay. Check out was at 12 which was also great.

We did find one dirty glass in our room which was left by the last guest but it was concealed by the curtain so not a big deal.
