Overall great property. It is clean and well maintained, the location is great. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful.

We were there for 6 nights, during the first 2 days the central air conditioning didn't work. It was just blowing air but definitely not cold air. We told the staff. It took them almost 2 days to fix. It was very hot outside, about 38'C and we had rooms that were very sunny (sea view). So it wasn't a very pleasant start of our vacation. The breakfast was the same every single day, they did not change 1 thing. The quality of the food was good but come on, for this type of hotel and its price they should have offered some diversity.

It was a fairly fancy place, the room was EXTRA clean, accomodated with AC already on - room was cool and air freshened. The breakfast which was bufeu in their restaurant was quite delicious and offered somewhat healthy choices like enough meat and poached+boiled eggs, fruit and salad, and some yogurt/sweets. The building looks modern and the view (towatds the city) was also really chill with a big window. Overall the hotel was quite nice with only one “major” downside.

The bed was just not comfortable. Had sore lower back every time I slept there, it was OK for 4 nights but I’m glad I didn’t book for a week or two. It’s really a 10/10 hotel and experience for the money BUT MAN the bed was a bummer. Asked some other guests and most conplained about the beds as well. Ended up sleeping with the extra covers and duvets (since I was solo travelling) on top of the mattress and it was still a pain.

The hotel has lovely position. The view was so nice too.

The temperature in the room was set to very warm and none of the staff could help to change it. It was so hot all the time, especially in the early afternoon when the sun was straight in the windows. Call the administration twice and it was useless. The choice for a healthy vegan breakfast was very limited.

Great big shower cubicle in the big bathroom. There are several sockets for USB charging cables in the room. Small fridge for mini bar available. Breakfast buffet: American, English and intercontinental breakfast was offered (but only the basics) and was also refilled, with some fruits and vegetables and pastries. Different types of coffee from a professional machine. Various types of tea were offered Freshly squeezed orange juice and mineral water. Good and fast WiFi everywhere in the hotel. Secured parking lot in front of the hotel (costs 10 extra per day) Very close to the beach and some bars and nightclub for night owls on the dock. Friendly and helpful staff!

The breakfast buffet is removed punctually at 10:00 including the coffee machine. The shelves in the room are a bit sparse, not much space for longer stays (many dressings). Unfortunately, the restaurant (where breakfast is also served) is a bit too expensive for what it offers and the quality is only average.

The room was super clean but we had very noisy neighbours. It sounded like there was no wall separating the two rooms. The restaurant downstairs had a great ambience. It was a very cozy place with great view. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The dinner menu was so diverse and super delicious. The place was a quite a travel from the Burgas West bus station. But it is a stone throw's away from the Burgas south bust station. The place is right on the harbour and has a beach at a walkable distance. The south bus station has buses every hour to Sozopol, Nessebar and Varna. This was a perfect place to do day trips to the the old towns. The staff were a mix. Most of them were very friendly. One of them was even super helpful with suggesting places to visit. But one staff was also cold to us while asking him about laundry facility. Highly recommend this place as a mid point to major beaches in Bulgaria.

The hotel is very good, new, clean, spacious, quiet, near the sea, next to the port, with a very good restaurant downstairs.

The pillows are very thick and high, quite uncomfortable. The mattress was also hard and not very comfortable either. Furthermore, you have 2 mattresses on a queensize bed, instead of a single big one. There is a room for improvement with regards to comfort. The breakfast was basic and of limited choice... always the same, no variety at all, e. g. only one type of jam, one sort of juice (orange), not much choice of bread either...

• the hotel walls are so tiny and you can hear everything in the next room. It was hard to sleep when you have crying babies. • I wish we could have more options for breakfast, because the are the same every day.

The location to the beach, Sea Gardens and the centre is excellent, not far to walk from the bus and train stations. Very nice decor and so very clean. Having a lovely restaurant within the building was a nice surprise, the food was delicious. Breakfast was great too, plenty of choice available.

We loved our stay but the only thing we think would improve it is the lack of tea and coffee facilities in our room, I know a lot of hotels don't offer it as standard across Bulgaria but would definitely suit this very modern and upmarket hotel.

The breakfast was very good. We did have a sea view. The receptionist was very helpful. The room was nice and plenty big enough, though it had a weird wooden wall like some of the room had been pinched for somewhere else. Very nice to be able to sit by the quayside and have a drink, if it's a nice, sunny day. Which it was for our stay.

Nothing major, just some minor points. Though we did have a sea view, we did not have a balcony, so not quite the same just looking through the window. One little soap, surely they could run to two, one for the basin and one for the shower. No spare toilet roll. Just two pillows on the bed. No information about the hotel in the room. Very poor selection of television channels, and nothing in English. And a very confusing car parking situation. Firstly, a barrier and then you get a ticket from the hotel for 10 leva to get you out. And I and others were going into the car park the wrong way as that was the exit. But nothing to say. Very confusing if it's your first visit there.

great hotel, as I also remember from my previously trip, great location on the Burgas pier, 5 min. walking distance from city, 1 min. walking distance from Black See beach, near park, restaurants & many more. Restaurant is very good, including breakfast as usually here.

my room was particularly hot (unknown reason ...) and room conditioning wasn't colling properly during my travel time (most probably the hotel chiller wasn't started) but the window opened kept the temperature (almost ...) OK
