wi-fi was laggy

The hotel looked amazing. Bit old school family hotel style building with antique looking furniture in the common areas and more than adequate rooms. Rooms are very spacious, clean and cozy and bathroom is one of the best I've seen in this price range in bulgaria. We were only guests at the hotel at the time and there was hot water, preassure was good and rooms were heated which is very rare in Bulgaria. Hosts were very friendly and location is great if you are travelling with the car due go big reserved parking and location. The hotel is placed close to Burgas and the sea so driving a bit to center of Burgas isn't a big deal. Also the hotel was pet friendly and our dog was welcome for a 15 bgn fee which is from what I gather cleaning fee not per day fee. I would definitely come back and recommend the accommodations to my friends and family.

Only thing that could be better is some minor repairs that are cheap quick fixes and the damage could be fresh as there was one broken closet handle but that is a really minor thing.

The room was excellent. The staff was extremely nice and polite. The location is 2 minutes away from a few restaurants and shops and 5 minutes away from the beach.

The gym wasn't working but I think they said it was temporary.

Comfy beds! Boryana the owner, was very eager to ensure we had a lovely stay at her hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Rooms were adequate for our stay and a sea view too. Gated parking a plus. Would stay again.

Not much to do in the area beside the beach, but well situated to visit areas close by.

quite narrow streets and during season might be difficult to drive to parking . In October I did not have this problem at all , there are almost no tourists .

Fabulous place! I loved the decor and the cool glass lift. The receptionist was really lovely and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and there was a super place to park the motorcycles next door.

Very friendly staff, free private parking for guests, clean cozy rooms, large double queen sized bed, very close to the beach (100m), very close the local center of bars and restaurants, pool on premises with towels for guests

The hosts greeted us like we were family, they truly have there hotel in there heart, any assistance is given to make your stay a perfect one. Me and my wife and children's stay was wonderful and we was made to feel very relaxed and like we were staying with friends.
