Everything was perfect. OK almost perfect. However, for Bulgaria that is like 5-Star Four Seasons.

On the reception told us that the pool will be open till 9:00 PM. We show up on 8:10 PM and the staff by the pool area explained us that, 'Better don't go in, because we are closing in 10min.' Either on the reception they should have told us that the swimming pool is open till 8:20, or that swimming pool staff closed the pool 40 min too early. Apart from that is written that the swimming pool is opened till 10:00 PM. To be fair, it is Bulgaria, such things is to be expected.

Clean and modern rooms, well equipped, huge and very comfortable bed, great bathroom, the hotel premises are wide. The breakfast was great with enough variety. Wonderful city and port view from the 10-th floor. WiFi was very good. The location of the hotel is TOP! I would come back to stay here with pleasure. Worth the money, great value.

Some of the hotel reception and breakfast staff should definetely go under decent proffesional edication about comunication with guests, especially in a wondeful 4 star hotel as this one! Not all of them, but enough. The cleaners in the morning on our floor were very loud - they should care more about guests comfort. There could have been a little more toiletries. Parking for guests should be free of charge.

The rooms was realy comfortable and clean, the location - perfect. I liked breakfast too.

On the day of check-in, the staff at the reception were so unpleasant that they even spoiled the start of the holiday, when I asked about the possibility of check in 2 hours earlier, without even checking the reservation, they bitterly replied that the rooms were not ready. More than, I had booked three rooms for my family, two of them were on the 11th floor and one on the 4th floor. When I asked if it was possible to get rooms on the same floor, without even checking, she strictly answered - NO. But I want to thank the woman who was there on the day of departure, she was really helpful.

We are very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and there was daily cleaning scheduled. The staff was polite and friendly, quick check-in. The location of the hotel is great. One of the biggest benefits for me - the air conditioning doesn't blow directly at you, so no problem to keep it on at night. I have rarely seen this. The second biggest benefit - we were on the 10th floor, which made our room very quiet. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety, esp. in terms of fruit. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The rooms are not very large. No terrace. Very limited parking spots, practically impossible to get one and even if you do - you have to pay 15 BGN for it. Considering the status and price of the hotel, I find this very annoying. If they don't have a parking, they should negotiate with one of the city parkings in the vicinity for guests to park there. Even so, I would still recommend the hotel and go back there.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room had all what you needed, including a kettle. It was also quite spacious. The view from the 10th floor was beautiful. The breakfast was also very nice and had a great selection of food. The hotel is 2 min walk from the train and bus station.

Nothing to complain about. One minor thing is that during check-out, the receptionist calls personnel to check the room. It took a few minutes, but felt rather stupid. I have never been asked to wait like that.

Great location and facilities, the food at breakfast was delicious and offered great diversity for every taste. I definitely recommend it.

The use of parking, spa facilities, and swimming pool was with additional fee, something that was not specified when making the reservation and was not a pleasant surprise.

- Good location in the center - Spacious rooms (standard apartment), nice to have 2 separate rooms with a door in between - Nice and helpful stuff, helped us arrange transfers and taxis - Comfortable bed - Quiet, good noise insulation in the room - Well stuffed mini bar - Nice pool and spa area - good gym

- The air conditioning was too noisy to sleep with, although the room kept the temperature rather well if you just make it cold before going to bed, then turn it off. But this was on not very hot days - Breakfast was not on 4 star level - the sofa bed in standard apartment room was not comfortable to sleep on, too squeaky and noisy and bad mattress - the massage in the spa was not a great experience - the massage room was facing the pool which was full of kids and super noisy - not very relaxing. The massage itself was ok. - we couldn’t really enjoy the pool as it was full of kids, playing and jumping and we didn’t have time to go when it was no kids time in the pool

Excellent location, really comfortable beds, pillow, robes, slippers etc. Friendly staff. There was a 3.5hr availability for breakfast (7am to 10.30am) Would have been a 10 out of 10 except the food let's it down.... which is a real shame. I would definitely return to the hotel though, but would be aware of the need to eat out if you like your dishes served hot.

The hot food counter in the breakfast buffet consists of cold/tepid cooked foods . Even when you wait for a new batch to arrive, its cold. There is a huge selection of fruits, cheese etc and coffee was really nice but food temperature for hot breakfast should be HOT. I would query the food safety of tepid pork sausage. We assumed maybe this was a breakfast issue only and ordered lunch in the Al la Carte restaurant. The quality of the food was not great and my husbands meal arrived really cold. Stone cold chips/French fries on the plate. Disappointing for such a luxury hotel in every other way.

The hotel has good facilities, but the hospitality is Zero!!! Jacuzzi and pool with children that wear diapers while you are in it....Ugh!!!! The staff shout at you and give you the feeling that you are a prison in their jail, if you ask something Actually, the first day we had a massage there, but with their hospilaty, we just gave up on that for the next days In addition to that they do swimming classes for children in their pool.... hello we came for holiday and not for the sound of children screaming that they don't know how to swim the staff does not know or doesn't want to know anything, in other words, don't want to help you. and don't care

Food was superb, bedrooms good size and everything worked, the card entry and 'do not disturb' on the doors were a good touch and the cleaners did a fantastic job on cleaning everyday. Breakfast was well worth it. Will definitely be staying here again!

Piano Bar, staff were pushy 10Bgn to get in per person is ridiculous for not alot. Far too much smoke and no ventilation also the prices are ridiculous go upstairs to the main bar and reception area and it's automatically half the price in rhe same building. It's truly unjustifiable the piano bar is the biggest let down about the hotel either change it or demolish it.
