Room was big, clean and spacious with modern amenities. Beds very comfortable. Wi-Fi very good. International TV channels via satellite. Balcony was clean with views over the Black Sea. Pool was very clean with a lot of sunbeds. Staff from the breakfast and reception very friendly and welcoming!

On Saturday evening it was held a party at the hotel and the music could be heard until 1 AM in the night inside the room. In the bathroom we were surprised that warm water was coming from a boiler that could be seen above the bathtub. If you're not very fast with your cleaning in 10 minutes you'll have only cold water.

Amazing sea view from the window,  very clean in the common premises and in the rooms, big room, all the necessary stuff is in the room, comfortable beds.  Beach is just in front of the hotel. Great restaurant is located inside the hotel.

Things to improve: breakfast isn't good at all, coffee is even very bad. Gym needs renovation. VERY noisy neighboring cafe in front of the hotel, music lasted over midnight, it cancels the benefit of the staying with the sea view.  Hotel is away from city center and all the infrastructure - but it is also positive side.

The hotel is located right on the beach. 10 min from Burgas International Airport. The room was very spacious with a big balcony. The hotel has excellent facilities, pool, spa, massages. Good breakfast and excellent dinner options in hotel's restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and professional. We loved our stay very mu h and hopefully will return in the future.

Would suggest adding a safe box in the room. And also, try to organize discount on rather expensive beach facilities, like beach umbrella and shezlong, for hotel's guests.

We got a vacation in this hotel on BB plan. The apartment is big, sea view, great balcony. Room cleaning every day. Towels are changing every day. Bed lien is changing every three day. Apartments has kitchen space with oven, kettle, fridge. Also the washing machine is in the room. Hotel gives children's bed for free.

There are no utensils for cooking! Just one pan... The breakfasts are the same every day. there are few dishes, the choice is very small. WI-FI is unstable, data speed is slow.

Beachfront location on a very nice sandy beach.. they organized airport transfer promptly. Good breakfast. Exceptional restaurant. Every single meal was gorgeous. The staff was very helpful.

In the neighborhood a monstrous hotel died, so the location suffers. Bars are empty in the evening, there is not much to do outside. Definitely not the failure of this hotel.

A very well maintained hotel and restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience. I think, at least it matches if not overtakes most of the 4 stars hotels from Spain or Italy. The food at the restaurant is fresh and tasteful. The beach is 1 minute away, literally just across the street.

Wireless connection wasn't the best. Unfortunately Pomorie still has a lot of contrast (same as lots of Eastern European places). You can see dirty, ruined places near 4/5 stars hotels. Cleaning on the streets is not its strongest point. But the city of Burgas which is only 20 km away is great.

Hotel is vis-a-vis from the public beach 50m, sandy, sea perfect for beginer swiming- not too deap close to shore. Breackfast was plantifull - continental style. Room- extremly clean, new furniture, change of towels daily, hair dryer, kichen with esentials + laundry machine. Nice touch: on the terras was a rack for sun dry the beach cloths. Restaurant a la carte for the rest of the meals: very tasty, fresh fish, price just right for the quality, a lot of vegan and vegetarian dish, try the nugat icecream! SPA: nice and wellcoming. Sauna available all day long. ! The see view is also the sunny side and you need to open the AC for comfort. We had the garden view and was perfect and shadow as is North side. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

The location was really nice - the beach is 100m away. Large grocery stores are 300m away. There is a nice playground 50m away. The grocery store downstairs had everything one needs. The room size was excellent. The room had everything one needs. A washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a proper-sized balcony. It's a fully furnished flat.

Figuring out the parking was rather tedious. "Obviously" you had to call in advance to reserve a parking spot, something we found out once we arrived. If one has to park outside the hotel it's a hit or miss. The breakfast area was rather small and we ended up waiting for some people to finish their breakfast so we could get a table.

Everything else was great - spotless clean, staff courteous and hardworking, great location - literally on the beach, and most impressively - very quiet! The rooms must be sound proofed as this is the first hotel where I could not hear slamming doors and other customers talking or babies crying! Very comfortable, excellent facilities - absolutely brilliant!

The only recommendations I can make are: (1) offering more coffee options with prepaid breakfast (decent coffee is only available from the bar and must be paid for separately. And I am not fussy!); (2) providing more than 1 key for rooms where more than one adult is staying.

Nothing about the hotel, but Pomorie itself is not the greatest place, it's very quiet and calm, all beach bars were completely empty. This might be an advantage for the families, but not for solo travelers :)
