Great location, good breakfast, great outdoor and indoor pool, a great spa, good room, convenient direct walk to the reserved beachfront

We've been going to the same hotel for the last 5, 6 years. Some of the staff are very pleasant, others - not so much, especially at the restaurant. All around, you start to notice some facility fatigue, which has stayed unchanged for the years we've come to visit. Our biggest hurdle is with the damn magnet key cards. They get demagnetized or are hard to read - you can't get the elevator running on your first try, you can't open your room on your 2nd try, and the electricity won't start for 5 or even 10 times in a row. Please fix this already. Just does not fit the price. The room was cleaned 1 or 2 times for the whole 5-night stay. Finally, the Wi-Fi was horrible.

Overall hotel impression is very good: location is perfect, common premises look beautiful, breakfast is fine, swimming pool is well maintained and very warm. Beach is in 2 minutes walk, with hotel's free sunbeds and umbrellas. The most comfortable room I have ever stayed: big, clean, noise isolated, comfortable bed, perfect quality air-conditioning. And definitely the beautiful view from the window! Gym is very well equipped, but it is for extra money. SPA is the best I have visited (treatment for extra pay)!!!

Personnel at the hotel - not supportive at all, all of them look at guests as we aren't welcomed at all, not greetings even if we bumped into each other. On the other hand, room cleaner unnaturally "friendly", was begging for tips. It negatively influence overall stay. We asked for a quiet room, but there were parties every night during our stay with very loud music until 23.00. Minor things - elevators are super slow, no pool service - need to search for personnel to order something. No kettle in the room. Bottled water in minibar is 10 times more expensive then in the city.

Top location at the beach, outdoor pool, large rooms, etc.

At breakfast espresso, cappuccino, etc. had to be paid extra! This is not moaning at a high level...it just doesn't correspond to 5-star hotel standard....This is really dissapointing so please adjust accordingly.

The best location with wonderful pool area and great facilities. Staff was brilliant, breakfast was good but nothing special for 5* hotel. Food at the restaurant was outstanding. Easy access to the beach and dedicated beach area for hotel guests. Rooms are very big and bed& pillows are comfortable.

Overpriced. Parking is paid separately. Breakfast can be improved. . Bathrooms need renovation. Towels are miserable - I would have replaced them all immediately! No water in the room not to mention any compliments whatsoever . Not a 5* management attitude.

Pool, breakfast, extremely helpful people

The only thing I did not like this stay is that people still smoke near the pool.

- location, location, location, the park, the view, located in the heart of the city, but surrounded by a park and the sea coast; - the whole facility is very well organised, staff is very professional, supportive, but not disturbing; - the lobby - large, comfortable for meetings; - the rooms - large, comfortable, classy; - the hotel ambience reminds me of top European high-end hospitality hotels, - the hotel has its own parking in front of the entrance, staff are almost every time arriving to assist if needed;

- rooms need some refreshment, the hotel interior looks old; - the sofa was old and not comfortable;

We loved the spa especially the pool & jacuzzi, the water was a beautiful temperature. We also loved the breakfast buffet style, and the cleanliness of the hotel, and the maid service was so good.

We didn't like the fact that some members of the staff did not seem very friendly, also at breakfast the staff seemed to watch us , which didn't feel very good. Also a lot of staff couldn't speak English, even the therapist in the spa couldn't speak English, not even a little bit.

Staff were friendly, pool was nice, food was good, Spa was nice and very empty. Had a very nice time there, Did appreciate the Netflix channel, as not much to do in the evening

but I am guessing its out of season or they are having problems getting staff as there, as would have to hunt down a bar staff for a cocktail. no control over the light on the balcony, no switch, sometimes it was on sometimes it wasn't . Not much going on outside of food and drinks. Seemed to have an old guide to the hotel, so something not available or slower in the case of the laundry.

Perfect location, right on the beach and the marvellous Morska Gradina Park - highly recommended for families with children. Also I would like to highlight very helpful and nice Primoretz's staff. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. Outdoor and indoor pools are also an advantage.

if you have a room with windows overlooking the city it could be noisy especially in the evening

The hotel, location, food was just fab.

There was an issue with private transfer upon arrival, it arrived, but 1.5 hr later . Some of the staff was not up the 5* standard ( rude and unpleasant). On the side note. Also, because of the wedding event that was happening on Sunday at the hotel, it felt like regular hotel guest had to keep more quiet. Some of the staff was stressed, looked like most of them were concentrated at the big wedding event.
