great location is not too far from the major attractions. transportation is just around the corner and very accessible. Shopping Mall just 10-15 min away. Grocery stores nearby. Hotel is in a quiet area. WIFI works well.

Very nice and friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggages all day at the reception. Very clean room. Perfect location as a point of start to visit Sofia There is a big mall 600 m from the Hotel

It's near the center. The staff was friendly. It was clean and comfortable. There is no fridge but you can ask to store your food in the fridge in the staff room
The lift is located between floors. It's uncomfortable for people with huge luggage

We only stayed here for two nights and we chose the hotel for its location - close to the stadium where a concert was held. The room was ok, no major complaints.
A little bit of sewer smell in the bathroom but not a big issue in the end.

The room was nice. It had a balcony which was great, as I'm a smoker and there was an ashtray. No smoking in the room, which I agree. Staff are friendly and helpful.
There could be a kettle and cups, to make your own coffee. Shower block floor was a little slippery. I suspect wrong type of tile used, instead of non slip tile.

Perfect for a sleepover before an early flight - very close to the airport. Managed to park on the street next to the hotel, which was really nice.
Although rooms were clean, there was an unpleasant smell of bleach.

Too much noise from the other guests around , probably the walls are thinner than paper , nobody came to clean our room for the 3 days we have been there .
