The room was big, clean and quiet. It was perfect for our stay. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the city center by car. There is metro station close by, so the transportation is convenient. We liked the location, because is "off the grid" and it gave us privacy. The beds and the pillows were very soft, the linen and the towels - crispy clean. There was a small resting area in the room with armchairs and a table. The hotel also offers cable TV and quite good free WiFi. Our check-in and check-out were a breeze. No problem at all. The receptionist upon check-in was cheerful and smiley. It felt very good. Overall, a very nice place. Our stay was quite pleasant.

Some hooks in bathroom will make a difference. The armchairs were a bit threadbare and shabby. The amenities were a bit scarce - not enough toilet paper, soap and shampoo for a triple room (I brought some with me and that didn't bother me much. But it's a part of the service and should be provided).

Great location. Very close to the metro station. Nobody charges for the breakfast. So It was better than I tought. Good soundproofing. Each nights I slept in the hotel, there was a noisy weeding. I heard absolutely nothing in the rooms.

A/C don’t work very well and the pillows was not confortables.

The room and hotel matched my expectation. I liked I could check in at 2:30 am. The internet connection was satisfying. Towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided. What's more, I could store food in the fridge and regulate the room temperature. Last but not least, the hotel is close to a metro station and grocery shop.

There wasn't any mop in the bathroom to dry the water after I took a shower. The mattress was saggy.

Very friendly person on the reception! Helpful! The hotel is 4 minutes walk to the metro station so Sofia can be reached alover with the public transportation. Good value for not so much money.

The bed in the single room was a bit edgy. The mattress was obviously old. No matter this I rate the hotel high

A nice hotel with a lot of charm. Exceptionally clean and well run.

Breakfast was a bit poor, and I arrived late and the restaurant was closed and nowehre nearby to eat, so ended up walking to a local garage to buy something to eat. There are vending machines in the lobby.

Friendly people, plenty of easy parking space, good bed. No problem to arrive very late (far after midnight)

We stayed in Akord 8 times in the last 10 years,and this should say everything.Fast in and out checking,good value for money,very clean and comfottable roon,big parking lot.Right across frm the parking lot is a small restaurant with great food at very afordable prices.Good breakfast.

Bed matresess could be changed,some are pretty beat up.

Very comfortable hotel, well located just between the city centre and the airport. The city centre is reachable by foot in around 30mins (but there's also public transport nearby), and the airport is 15min drive. The rooms are comfortable, clean and silent. The staff is very nice.

Very nice hotel, not far from the airport and city center. Nice spacious room, clean and great bathtub, very good beds. Rooms are reasonably quiet. Private parking and friendly staff. Sometimes need to be in Sofia, next time will probably book again!
