Hotel Ok, if you want to spend a night in transit. The hotel has its own internal parking lot, but it is very small, it can only accommodate two cars, a sedan and a mini. Even if in your reservation you have confirmed parking at the hotel for a fee, it is advisable to make sure that there is an available space.

Check the information from the presentation of the reserved room on the booking and if the hotel room does not correspond to it, ask the reception to change it. Some rooms do not have a balcony and are smaller, although on the website they appear with a balcony.

Location - quiet area but 5 minutes walk and there is a bus stop from where you can get easily to any place in the center, airport as well. Room was clean, some toiletteries were available. There were couple of restaurants in the nearby, decent and with nicer prices than in the center. Nice and helpful staff. For two nights - perfect!

Little bit noisy due to the street just outside the room but it was not a big problem.

It's a lovely little place in an older building and you can tell some thought and work was put into making it pretty, cosy and practical. Close to public transport and a supermarket. Blue room, pretty, everything conveniently placed. There's a fridge, which is very useful on summer days. The bathroom door has a full-height mirror and there's enough space for cosmetics on the sides of the sink. Clean bathroom. The street smells very nice from the trees, particularly at night. I also got a free concert from the swallows nesting nearby. Lovely staff too. Very happy I picked this place.

I took the cheapest room. Nothing fancy but all the basics were present - TV, kettle, night lamp, towels. The blankets were in the wardrobe. On the bed there were only linens. It was quite warm but I still needed blanket. The room was very clean and had its own bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough and I was able to have a good rest. Another good side is that the hotel is several hundred meters away from the very busy bus stop of hotel Pliska which can be used to travel around Sofia.

We arrived too late and checked in at 1.30 am. The check-in was fast. The area is quiet so we managed to get some sleep. Good location, close to public transport. Clean room.

There should be a balcony in our twin room, however there was no such thing. We stayed on the first floor. Please, change your room descriptions accordingly that not all roms have balconies. I travelled with a smoker and the balcony was one of our not so many requirements when we searched for a room for a one-night stay.

An average hotel in a semi residential area. No cleanliness issues. A good sized room with reasonable beds. Easy to find, just off the main route into Sofia and close to the War Museum. Good value for money. Nice bar / restaurant "Dreamers" 60 yards down the street with friendly staff.

Car parking very difficult / to non existant on the local streets. Local idiots tampered with my rental car - not impressed ! Room was an attic room with no heating so not very warm and the duvet was very thin. Breakfast was mediocre - it was provided on a tray with no options. I am allergic to processed cheese slices and hate bananas so it left me with very little to eat.

I liked the location of the hotel as it was within 10 minute walking distance from my company's offices. The check-in was smooth and easy; a huge thank you for the great hospitality and excellent customer service to the front desk staff - especially to the gentleman who did my check in and check out!

Cleaning can be improved. It might be good to provide more toiletries for people who are staying for over 3 nights. For example, I had only 1 toilet roll for 3 days.

everything was very clean and organized. the location is kind of far away from metro, but there were good bus connections. the beds were comfortable. very good value for the price.

it was very hot because the radiator was on the maximum level and thus couldnt regulate it. the shower curtain had a very bad smell and the small bottles of shampoo and shower gel were already opened and used.

Very cozy, very very good in everything. Great interiors, the room, the bathroom. Free safe, fridge. Everything is created thoughtfully, in many details. Honourable mentions: shower gel, wall picture, bath door two-side-mirrored, fridge drinks, single room had 1.5 size bed.

I like the hotel, this is my second stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and didn't feel cramped. Located on a quiet street just off the main road, but very close to the bus stop. The guy at reception who checked me in was super nice.

No mosquito net. A minuscule spider web but to be fair it was hard to spot and I only noticed it just before check out.
