Location of the hotel is good, 600 m from metro station and 3-4 km from the city center. Room was spacious, clean and cozy in general. Staff are polite and supportive. Excellent choice for this price.

Dining room was too small to host all those who came for the breakfast. I don't think it is a problem though, you can't expect more for this price.

The hotel is good option to stay in Sofia. It is close to metro station. It is in quiet neighborhood. It can provide parking for those travelling by car. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. The members of staff are really helpful and kind.

The hotel is quite expensive for the resources offered. As I explained the breakfast is good, but the breakfast room was crowded as it is small. We had to wait in line, and also to wait for some items to be refilled. The breakfast was served by only one person.

The room was exactly how it is in the pictures. Very clean and nice. There were a few small damages from previous people who stayed there but nothing major. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Every morning we passed from reception they would smile and say good morning :) The cleaning lady would come every day to clean and make the beds which was great! Location is good. Not far from metro. Its not very central but you had the possibility to go wherever you wanted with the metro!

The only downside was the breakfast. I feel that if the breakfast is served until 10 then all food must be available until that time (meaning to refill if something has finished). Since we were a family and it took us time to get ready and go to the breakfast, we would go down at 9:30 ( we only need 30 min anyway to eat) and there was times we would not find things to eat (eggs were gone, no more bread etc). If this was taken in consideration and fixed then I would say the hotel is awesome!!

Hotel very clean and nice even if it's an old building. The breakfast was amazing, mixed in order to reach all tastes (meat, cheese, eggs, vegetables, fruits, paistry). Staff very kind, cleaning every day. Free access to the fitness center Hotel is located ~10min walk from metro station Krasno Selo

Our bathtub was leaking, after every shower we had a small leak. Not that big of a deal but for a 4* hotel you don't expect this to happen. A big NO for the morning coffee, really really bad taste. Maybe a cleanup is recommended to the coffee machine, or just change the coffee. Overwall, good location, recommend

It was my second stay here. First time I picked it for location, as the hospital I was coming to visit is in the vicinity. I so much liked this random choice that I came again. The people working here are super amiable and helpful. I feel very much comfortable here. Both times I had my standard room upgraded to an apartment, that was so considerate. The rooms are quiet, ACs warm the rooms very well, there is a nice bath with a tub. Usually I don’t trust hotel tubs, but here it screamed with cleanliness, so I enjoyed a nice bath:) The minibar is very well stocked, one of the best I’ve seen for the choice of soft and hard liqueurs. In the vicinity across the road there are some nice restaurants, a Billa shop and a cosy park.

I haven’t had a chance to try breakfast, as I had to leave for hospital with an empty stomach. They insisted on preparing a take away for me, but I refused. Going to catch up on the breakfast next time.

Good service, personnel speaking English, good valur for the money. We stayed only for 1 night. The parking underground with an elevator for cars was an interesting experience. I like that the hotel is small, Not crowded at the elevator and at breakfast.

Room a bit small, but it had a double bed which was comfortable and a sofa. Restaurant is only open between 11-17:00, but there is a good diner in the area around 3 minutes’walk.

The room and bathroom are really nice and clean and well sized. The breakfast was also surprisingly good.

I was expecting a different type of location. This hotel is situated between some flats in quite a dark-ish neighborhood. But it turns out that it's quite easy and enjoyable to go downtown from this location (by tram). So it was all good. Will definitely stop at this hotel next time I'm passing through Sofia.

Room and bathroom was clean, good sized room, big bathtub,bed linen was spotless, everythinf in the room felt like new, bathrobes and slippers available in the room, there’s a pizza place and a good restaurant close to the hotel, free car park.

The room was modern and clean but the windows were very very old and the hotel facade looks like a 2 star hotel, facade needs a good refurbish and windows need to be changed ASAP, I could hear the balcony door from the room below us opening all night and I was hoping it won’t wake up my little boy, receptionist that greeted us wasn’t very sociable and he kinda looked like bored, breakfast disn’t have too many options, but alot of sweet options, water wasn’t there, we had to ask for and the juice machine wasn’t working so no juice, staff not speaking English, breakfast was in a cramped side room and not in the restaurant, there was a drain right in front of the door of this room where we had brakfast so I didn’t really enjoy that, overall breakfast was no way near of a 4 star hotel.

Hotel is pet friendly, breakfast was nice and the room had a bath tub. Location is also good, close to the subway station or a quick ride downtown (if no traffic). It also has a parking lot and restaurant with room service. Really good value for the money. 24-hours reception which was convenient for us. We will be back as it’s a good option for quick stay in Sofia :)

it’s a bud old-fashioned, the waiter during the breakfast was very very unhappy (which is normal for Bulgaria, unfortunately), the windows are old, but nothing that really you can’t stand.

Very quiet location, very kind staff, very clean and spacious room, very fast Internet. The breakfast is very nutritious and the amount is always sufficient even if we did not arrive early and there were a lot of other guests around. The sauna only costs 10 lev per person. High value of money!

It would be better if more options could be offered to the breakfast: The eggs are only hard-boiled. The coffee is slightly sweetened. There is only toast and no other bread.
