Hotel contacted booking.com and said c/card had declined for payment. I called the hotel and made payment with card. not many channels on the TV in the room would have loved to see Euronews etc

Very quiet, clean hotel, close to the metro. Very polite and friendly staff. Spacious bathroom with very good shower.Breakfast was limited but nice, it had all essentials and good coffee.

Parking was full and someone had parked badly,taking 2 spaces. We told the hotel staff but they didn’t do anything.We had to park further up the street,in front of an entrance to a building site-luckily it was a weekend,but please improve the management of the parking spaces.

We were upgraded from a standard room to an apartment with an extra room. The room was very big! The staff is attentive to every request and problem. Close to the airport - very suitable for us!

The shower is not closed enough and the water splashes out. The entrance to the hotel and its exterior should be renovated - it looks uninviting even though the inside of the hotel is cozy.

Staff is good. The atmosphere is noce, We loved the breakfast!

There were something wrong with the water flow of the bathroom of our room. The floor of the toilet room was full of water after taking shower.

The Room was clean The bed was super comfy and the television channels were excellent I was able to watch many UK channels. The room was warm and the bathroom was good with shampoo and soap provided. I had a good nights sleep because it was quiet. The Hotel is in a good location with a restaurant in the hotel.

The breakfast was good with toast and coffee and a good choice, however the serving were small and some juice would be appreciated and may be a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee

This hotel was fantastic and our favourite so far in Sofia. Friendly staff, great breakfast with good service, clean rooms, small area with children's toys for our 3year old and amazing location. It's only a 5minute easy walk to the Metro, Billa Supermarket and also a Happy Grill and Bar. it was easy enough to get to the main tourist sites from here by Metro. This hotel went above and beyond to help in anyway to make a family stay easier, much appreciated as I was travelling alone with 3 children.

Slightly small bathroom, with a shower only it was difficult with 3 children but manageable.

Good location whet going to/from airport, late check-in, breakfast included. Bed was comfortable.

Facilities need to be refreshed, some tiles in the bathroom were gone.

Actually it was not an intentional stay in Sofia. In normal circumstances if I come or go to Turkey I don't stop in Bulgaria or in Serbia, But this time around I was all alone with my three children and since we had wait 8.5 hours at the Bulgarian border and as a single sofor I got tired we had to look for a place to stay, eat and rest a little. This hotel was really just perfect for this. They spoke English, and they were very helpful. They even made a coffee for me at 2 o'clock at night when we hit the road again. So for the reasons above I can't tell much about the location for example or the breakfast. But I can say the room was clean and comfortable, the wifi was probably good because my children did not compian :), The lady at the check in time was very kind. Eventhough I was a little bit over worried about my car (since if something happens to it we can't reach home), but they said it will be alright and they had camera as well for parking area. So in little summary I can say: - they were helpful - the room was clean (bathroom too) - Bulgaria is more expensive than Hungary so what I would say about the price might not be relevant - wifi is good - parking is alright

The hairdryer is not for a woman with hair.

location, close to the airport, staff, and service are excellent and accurate, shuttle to the airport was waiting for me and was in time, the perfect place for a one-night layover (perhaps and more for a short visit).

The tab shower was leaking water out of the cabin (but not too much).

Location car parking breakfast was included 😋 room was very nice near metro station and restaurant

Hotel is still good value but getting expensive. Staff could smile more
