Good location with free parking. The apartament was wery comfortable. Good breakfast and pool area.

They are so strictly with the hours of check in and check out. We arrived at 13.30 and the lady from the reception was surprized and said that only at 14 o clock we can check in. We understand that but it was really cold the message. And when we check out they also called us at 11.50 to remind us that we need to check out at 12.00. We understand it but it wasnt ok the presure.

Gorgeous hotel! I came to Sofia by car, for work, and it was important for me to have a safe parking space, as well as good wifi. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me instead of parking on the street - a place in the underground parking. It is very convenient, the elevator goes directly from it to the floor to the room, and given the heavy suitcases - it was very useful. Also, when I needed to extend my stay for a few more days, I made booking a room lower class than my previous one, but they offered me to stay in my more expensive room

the greek restaurant ( Yamas ) it’s really great and the food is very delicious good and well equiped gym spacious rooms

the light in the rooms could be more lightly the breakfast can be more various, especially for vegetarians the invoice process…2nd time in the hotel and ‘tul now again nobody could issue to me directly the invoice, only per mail! Begore they asked me if I need the invoice with the company details or my pers det 4 time, in the mail I was asked again the receptionists can be more nice and friendly

Location is close to NV tower. Good breakfast when it's a buffet Nice rooms, with new furniture. Staff was very helpful and friendly all the time

Some of the breakfasts during this stay were not buffet and you had to order a dish. The food was still good, but you get less choice. Elevator was a bit strange, sometimes I could not understand if it's coming to my floor or not, so had to go on foot.

Spa was disappointing - very expensive (15 euros for pool, sauna and steam bath), we had to bring towels from our room, steam bath was way too hot Bulgarian shower - no curtain dividing the shower from the rest of the bathroom Breakfast - some guests might appreciate greater variety Cleaning service did not replenish the toilet paper and the shower gel

- the rooms are big and the beds are comfy; - bathrooms are newly renovated with quality materials and appliances; - big balcony; - the staff is really friendly. they recommend some nice restaurants and places to see, allowed us to work in the lobby for a few hours after checkout; - big parking.

- the furniture in the rooms is a bit dated, but you can see that it is good quality; - they could do a better job cleaning, but it is nothing too disappointing... just a few dust spots here and there.

Lovely pool and spa facilities. Balconies with each room. Easy check in and reception help. Staffed until late. Easy going breakfasts until 10.30am with lovely range of food. Restaurant available. Recommended.

It would be a bit of a walk to the centre - but taxis and lifts are easy to get.

Room was bigger than I wait. Actually it was double-room apartment.

Breakfast could be better. Instead of chocolate I got warm water from cafe-machine. As well it will be better to start it from 7-00. Staff on the lobby didn't speak English. As well I got my invoice only through e-mail. That is not so OK for reporting. Staff was not able to print it at check-out time.

Entrance to the pool at an additional cost. Detracts from the pleasure in the hotel. When we arrived, the manager's children were at the reception and prevented the receptionist from receiving us. Disrespectful for such a hotel
