There is a nice park nearby, the balcony with the opes space in front it was nice for a city hotel. The parking is money worthy if you are coming in with a car - no chargers for EV unfortunately. It is in a great place for commuting for work in Sofia. There is the niciest dinner restaurant in the middle of the park (walking distance) name: 'Alibi' :)

I was not clearly presented with the breakfast option. The door of the room had troubles closing. There were some weird cabling for the TV which included some exposed energy outlets on the sofa where my 4 y.o were supposed to sleep.

The room we stayed in was big and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. We had a nice view of the backyard and the Billa parking lot from the balcony. There was a water kettle in the room along with complimentary tea and coffee. The parking is free for guests, but you have to "validate" your parking ticket at the reception. The breakfast buffet is rich, but the quality of the food is not that great.

The mini bar didn't look that clean and had a weird smell. The glass on the bathtub doesn't serve its purpose and so the water goes everywhere when you are taking a shower. We didn't get a key for the safe, so I assume it's an extra charge. The WiFi signal was spotty.

- a really comfortable bed (when I woke up I thought I was home at my grandma's lol) - the place was really nice and clean - the staff was very polite and helpful (both the lady and the man) - the breakfast was delicious and diverse - free private parking with barrier (the receptionist was nice and let us keep the car in the parking a few hours after the check-out, free of charge, while we visited Sofia) - we even got a free upgrade to a superior room which was a great surprise

Even if you tried finding fault with this hotel you still wouldn't manage. Exceptional.

Very good breakfast - excellent choice, tasty. Helpful staff. I had to leave at 5 a.m. and immediately was offered a lunchbox, although the breakfast room opens only at 7:30.

Poor internet connection - weak signal, working in the afternoon almost impossible. The hotel is located in a district making by far not the best impression about the otherwise nice city Sofia. Distance to the nearest lovely pub was about 25min on foot. Though the tramline construction is in progress and perhaps in a month the connection to the downtown will be much better

As I had to book accommodation on the day of check-in, I needed a property which would be suitable for three people, with parking, and breakfast. This hotel has all three - the staff was very polite, the room was large enough, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom - perfect, Wi-Fi fast and reliable. The breakfast is continental, there is everything, so you won't leave hungry, the coffee is very good. The room is equipped with a minibar, but you can also use it as a fridge for small things like water and drinks. Right next to the hotel there is a Billa supermarket - a large one. One of the reasons I chose this property was that it is very close the the Sofia major hospitals area. My wife had just had an operation and we needed to be close to Alexandrovska Hospital - 2 min. by car and 12 minutes on foot. I am totally satisfied with the hotel and would strongly recommend it.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like. The hotel is great value for money, there is both with and without breakfast option, you can book the hotel on the day of check-in, the parking is a huge advantage and it has space for a lot of cars, so you needn't worry about anything.

The room was clean and and very tidy with housekeeping tidying every day. There was a good spread for breakfast, and I felt it was good value for money. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times.

Very little not to like. The hotel is some way from the center, but it is not a great walk to the nearest metro station.

Nice and safe parking. The stuff was very polite, and the rooms very comfortable. Also the breakfast was tasty and with enough choices.

The towels was not clean, but after calling to reception immediately replaced with clean ones. Also the massage services are from external partner and unfortunately we was not able to have any massage.

Decent budget hotel, although some general refreshment would help. Breakfasts are appropriate. I stayed in big apartment (45 m2), with the view to the backyard - quiet enough, with a few trees as well. BILLA supermarket next to the hotel. Hotel was very close to my destination, so I am rating location as excellent.

Beds are very soft. WiFi works unstable in terms of speed; sometimes disappears. I could hear easily neighbours; it wasn't an issue because hotel was pretty empty, but with more guests it could become annoying.

Hot water in the bath. Vast balcony for smokers with ashtray. Good value of mini bar - beer Stella Artois for 3 lv, Coca-Cola - 2 lv. Additional pillows in the wardrobe. A hot water cooker with tea and coffee/nes/ was available. Down in the lobby is a coffee automat - 0,8 lv for a espresso. Parking is free, just do not forget to give Your ticket for validation before leaving. Not bad for the price.

I have received offer from Booking.com offer for Deluxe Twin Room with Sofa Bed - i'm not sure i receive it finally, because the bed was not one, but two separated - not very convenient. Otherwise there was a sofa, a balcony and the room was quite. But putting the aircondition brings a very unpleasant noise. The bathroom was wide, but very poor equipped. TV was not set, i spent 20 minutes to understand, that deep in the settings a have to choose only digital channels, oherwise only one channel was available with broomy picture. Wifi dosn't work.

Very kind and friendly staff, good location, big private parking at the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. And as a big plus: a power socket near the bedside to recharge the phone. We're the 21st century after all.

1. The hotel is showing some wear and tear. The elevator button on the 3rd floor was hanging loose and in the bathroom there was the broken soap rack. Nothing that can't be fixed with a little maintenance though. 2. The coffee :(
