As I understand there is some connection with sports, at the reception was picures of previous champions, greek Roman wrestlers and other, interesting... breakfast was pretty basic, but for the money I payed it's good enough, staff, despite of little lack of English was friendly and helpful, like all Bulgarians here, nice sight to mountains and tennis court

The Socialist era ambiance was fun. Beds were excellent. Staff was friendly. Included breakfast was good. Wifi was good. Get a room with a balcony.

Bathroom was tiny. Some rooms clima not functioning properly. Floors weren't very clean.

I booked this hotel for my little brother and was really nervous about him staying in a foreign country all alone. The staff were super nice and friendly, he told me that they made him feel at home and he was in love with this place, and that from now on, that's the hotel he'll always stay in whenever in Sofia. Thank you guys for being so great to your guests, it means a lot.

The staff was very nice, especially the receptionist Margo, was very professional and kind. As we were having to catch an early flight, she arranged for a take away breakfast pack for us from the restaurant. The hotel is well connected with a metro station close by.

The bathroom needs some improvement.

Peaceful, residential location, the garden and restaurant itself is amazing. You feel very welcome. Near to the big park in Sofia, very green area.

No much supermarket. Not everyone in the hotel speak English, but they was very kind, and the end some how we understood each other.

The braekfast is an all you can eat buffet , with drinks. Excellent.

The shower water mixer needs some attention Could do with a little bit better free wi-fi.

Breakfast good. I like the receptionist Margo. She is very helpful and approachable. Easy to communicate because she speak little English. Room was good.

Internet poor. Sometimes no connection. And I ask to do housekeeping our room but they didn't do. When we came back our room was dirty and towel didn't change.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff is very polite and friendly, overall a great experience. The breakfast was fresh too. The hotel is very quiet, and the view was good. Recommended
