Aparthotel is a convenient idea. we arrived really late, but there was a person to meet us at the reception. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped, even with toiletries and some tea and coffee. there was linens for the third person next to the couch in the living room.

The unfolding couch was almost impossible to slip on. When unfolded, there was a hard board right in the middle. The leftover spaces on both sides of this board were way too narrow. The coffee was instant. I would prefer ground coffee and at least a French press.

Super spacious room. Even too much for individual guest, but would be comfy for a family for sure. Big kitchen with loads of kitchenware. Overally, a lot of space for cooking, big fridge. Big comfortable bed, there is a place to work in the bedroom. Clean and cozy bathroom. Also, there is access to very secure parking on the -1 floor.

The floor of the room was not very clean. Too many windows, since the room faces a road, it could be an issue for those who need lengthy rest and sleep.

For the money I paod it was great. Receptionist Irina is very nice and polite. I got refils every day of coffee and shampoo.

Location is ok, but not very good connected with center. It wasn't clean floor below bed. When I come on check in, in front of me was lady who made reservation, but aparthotel had overbooking. Second night on the hall were drunk guy, making mess, but police come.

Room size, furniture and overall atmosphere. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed for my stay.

The air conditioner was barely working. The day was hot and after 5-6 hours of working the room was still pretty hot. Also, I made a request for baby crib and was told that cannot be provided a day after I made non-refundable reservation.

The staff were very helpful and informative about local places to shop etc. Secure parking is available at 10 leva per day which is very reasonable for Sofia. They have an elevator from the underground garage to the accommodation floors. They have English speaking channels on the TV, mainly movies and American series but nice to have available. Close to the Tokuda hospital and only a few minutes drive. 24 hour reception.

They could add a few more plates, bowls, and a drying rack for plates etc also a tea towel would be a welcomed edition to the kitchenette. I had no kettle provided but this was not an issue for me and I'd say 100% one would be available if I'd asked.

Comfortable accommodation in a good location. Well equipped kitchenette and spacious rooms. Contemporary shower room. Airy and well lit apartment. TV sets in each room. Excellent value for money.

Cleanliness can be improved. One dirty cup in the refreshments tray. Grease marks on the bin and around. Fingerprints along the glass top of the coffee table and on most doors next to the handles. Nothing major.

I liked the view. The balcony. The rooms looked modern too.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The shower was a bit awkward and very slippery in there once you step out. Bathroom couldve been reconfigured differently its a bit awkward but other than that the rooms are nice and the living room was comfortable. Also the TV should be in the bedroom so you can watch it from the bed. Or if youre going to leave it in the living room it should be centered better for the couch so everyone can watch it?

Stayed in an apart - very spacious and comfortable. Good bedroom size, big fridge. TO sum up, 6/6 for the room. Hotel is very well situated - between Simeonovsko Shose and the Student district. It is calm and silent around.

only 2 minor issues - internet was not working properly in the room (no idea about the other rooms) and there was no curtain for the shower in the bathroom so water was all over the bathroom floor.

I liked the location, the staff, the value for money and the overall comfort.

The only thing that was not okay was the lock on the bathroom door - it was basically missing and the door could not completely close or lock. Everything else was perfect.
