The location of the hotel is superb, it is situated nearby a wonderful park, all means of transport are just beyond the hotel. I would like to appreciate the hospitality which was given to my parents, because I’ve booked the apartments for them. I’m from Ukraine, and the situation which is happening just now in my country made me decide to send them alone to Bulgaria. My purpose was to give them maximum comfort, we didn’t ask for help, or for free stay, I just think they deserved a little rest, after everything they should go through while staying home. All the amenities in the room provide for utmost comfort. Actually, the staff is very kind and responsive, with my parents’ words “we really enjoyed breakfasts, it was tasty and varied, everybody tried to help us, and asked all the time whether we’re ok”. The lack of available rooms for prolongation.

The hotel met my expectations. The room is spacious enough for three persons as we were three friends. The cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is standard hotel breakfast, nothing special but still good enough. The location of the hotel itself is good, next to the hotel is the biggest park in Sofia

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but close to the subway station and to a very beautiful park. You can get to the subway in about 5 minutes, so the location is not an issue. And the view to the park is terrific, if your windows are on that side. The breakfast was good too, so no complaints.

My colleague was distracted during check-in and ended up paying twice for the room. He was refunded, but this didn't go as smoothly as it could have. We had no complaints otherwise, the rooms were great.

This is one decent hotel for short term stay. Nothing special, but convenient enough. Great location - next to the metro to/from the airport and to the largest park in Sofia. You can go to the city center either conveniently and fast with metro or walking refreshingly through the park. The building itself is an example of communist modernist style but the rooms were renovated. Hope the owners will keep the architectural style even if it may look for someone a little outdated.

We felt very much at home in Hotel Moskva. The room was big with a panoramic view over the city of Sofia. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast and we even had a delicious dinner, kitchen closes only at 9:30 pm. Close to the hotel is a tennis club. A large park surrounds the hotel, with playgrounds for kids and nice walking paths. Ideal for joggers.

The Moskva Hotel has a great location on the park with its own garden. In one of the best neighborhoods of Sofia with a Lidl and lots of places to dine out. The metro station is near to the hotel. Basic breakfast, fast internet etc. Clean and tidy. Not fancy, but simple and well furnished, with lots of electrical power points. Good service, fast check-in and check-out. Great views from the room. My favorite out of several Sofia hotels I have stayed at.

Everything was fine. The location for me was perfect - in the park, although it was quite far from the main attractions. The staff was more then helpful and especially Meggie helped me with personal issues.

The internet was weak.

The hotel is obviously renovated not very long time ago. And I have to say, in my opinion it has been a success. To be honest: after booking I regreted. -What have I done? Booked one of these tired hotels from the old system that desperatly needs some renovation? But as my headline says; I was surprised in a positive way. They have had the courage to keep the old style and atmosphere in the hotel .That combined with nice and clean comfortable room, and friendly staff, makes me not hesitate booking there again.

Nothing really. It was a pleasant exprience.

Location-wise the hotel is just 3 min walk from the station. Very easy journey to the centre and to the airport. The view from my room was fantastic - my windows were overlooking a huge park and even the golden domes of the famous cathedral St. Alexander Nevski could be seen. The room was immaculate clean, so were the communal areas. The staff were polite and friendly. The prices are more than reasonable. I shall definitely come back.

My constructive criticism is that When I entered the restaurant to have breakfast, there was no member of staff in the restaurant to welcome the guests and the restaurant looked unattended. There was enough food, however they had run out of fruit juice and I couldn't have any. Not a big deal, of course but it felt strange that there wasn't a host(ess). Saying that, the breakfast was nice - a good selection of continental and cooked breakfast. The coffee was nice and strong. We'll worth the money. By the time I finished my breakfast 2 waitresses did turn up and made sure there is enough food.

Room was amazing! With an incredible view (mine was on the 16th floor!). For the money, I don't think you can get a better room! Excellent, clean, well-lit bathroom with a tub, spacious room with a comfy bed, radiator and central air, large windows, good internet!

Internet sometimes was patchy in the room, but 98% of the time it worked excellently. I wish breakfast offered more variety, and I wish the hallways and lobby were a bit brighter/more cheerful!
