We love coming here because they are excepting pets. Our dog is always traveling with us, and this is a rare hotel that has an acceptable rate for pets. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city and far away from the city noise. The room was big enough with 3 of us and the dog, the bed is super comparable and big enough for 2 adults and a kid. We will definitely come again.

The hotel is quite old, but some renovations have been made (elevator, corridors). The great thing is the garage, where you can leave a car safely. Location is great, quiet and there is a good connection wit public transportation.

This hotel really need to upgrade facilities. Swimming pool is useless. Nobody use it, people just sit around and take a sun bath. It just doesn't look attractive and clean. There are no any facilities in the hotel, like café or bar, od gym. Skyline café is not property of the hotel, but have a different owner. It offers something for breakfast, but expensive. In the room electric kettle should be privided, and some more efficient ventilation in the bathroom. But the room was actually fine, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing. It is local and close to pretty much everything. The staff is really friendly, wants to help you with everything. If you ask for something they will do it right away. It is clean, housekeeping is amazing, big bed, great bathroom (I am pretty tall, and the shower was perfect), great view (mountain view), the busses and Trolly is nearby. So in just 1 word perfect and next time I will stay again in this hotel. Thank you to all the staff!

Underground parking was nice. Although a bit tight, it has about 20 spaces from what I could see. Has bidet. Didn't go to the pool but it seemed clean.

Night receptionists don't speak english. They should correct the size of the double room (not deluxe): it says 30m² but it's actually regular sized room (so about 15-20 m²)

The breakfast was not interesting, the cereal was old, the cheese was scarce and old, the milk was not fresh

Everyone was great. From the team at the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Would like to give special thanks to all team members at the restaurant. They were accommodating all my needs and special requests. Great work! Keep it up!

The hotel was great value clean and comfy staff friendly too

The location very difficult to find no metro stations near by. However did get a taxi to hotel. Only 15 mins Taxi drive 🚗 to airport. No restaurant working no problem good Japanese restaurant 150 metres away.

Very comfy beds cleaned and fresh towels every day,supermarkets 1min away ,freindly staff,pool &bar ,restaurant closed because to early in season, otherwise it would have been fantastic

Very good location.Good view. Large private underground parking. Friendly staff. Nice sky bar.
