I was thrilled with my room! The interior was lovely, the space was spotless, and the shower was amazing. I even had a charming little balcony with a wonderful street view. The fantastic shower and super comfy bed made my stay special. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially Da Nieang from the bar team, who was a joy to chat with about the country and the city. Great drinks, too!

After reviewing the menu, it leans too heavily towards Western cuisine. I had breakfast at the hotel, and it was just too bland, which is understandable. There are restaurants nearby that are easily accessible with a quick TukTuk ride!

Nice place, staff are incredible, they would go out of their way to help customers, very welcoming and smiley. They accepted to change my room after I notified the safe was not secure and we didnt feel confortable wt that. That was muchly appreciated! Otherwise the property is nice and the infinity pool on the top floor is breathtaking! Breakfast was fresh and delicious!

The safe in one of the rooms on the 16th floor was not bolted or screwed to the wall or table. Which loses the point of having a safe… On the other hand, your access card gives u access only to your respective floor and common spaces so that’s makes it more secure. Other points: its close to sketchy street with bars and VIP spas,

I had the pleasure of spending a few days at this exceptional hotel, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I noticed the attention to detail – the reception was professional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The comfortable bed and the view from the window made each day a delight. The hotel’s location is also worth mentioning – it’s centrally located, making it easy to access major tourist attractions, yet it still offers peace and quiet, which is essential after a day full of sightseeing.

Hotel is in a new building with interesting architecture and very well furnished. Location is very good. Restaurant and pool areas are amazing, with beautiful views. Stuff is super nice and friendly, and we drank amazing cocktails. Comfortable bed. This part is complete 5 star experience.

There are few details that can be improved, such as body lotion and regenerator available, face towels, sewing kit, daily room refresh (we found it very unusual they are not doing that considering only one toilet paper was provided). However, we didn’t mind this minor things and considering the price this place is 10/10.

Good location,and convenient for river and palace areas. Room was very nice and spacious.

We booked a superior room with a bath. Whilst the room was lovely, we were very overlooked. The bathroom had full length glass on both sides but looked right on to other properties and they could look right in. It certainly was a room with a view!! Our room was on the 4th floor (1st floor of rooms) so a higher floor might have been better. Food at breakfast could have been warmer. There is no air-conditioning in communal corridors so these were quite hot.

The cold water for the showers did not last long.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are pleased we booked this hotel, highly recommend! Our room was incredible!! Very large and spacious, with a wonderful circular bed, round bathtub and great view over the city! The bed was so comfortable! Good hot water and Japanese toilet! Good Aircon, TV and WiFi. The rooftop pool is amazing with brilliant views over the city and the bar staff very accommodating! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Reception staff speak good English. Breakfast menu is good with nice western options!

It's only a very little thing, but they put a lot of Marie Rose sauce on breakfast meals, it would be nice to have this as an option on the side of the plate instead, because it did not work with every dish.

- Breakfast could be more varied. There’s not a whole lot of veggie hot options, but still passable - Bathroom has glass walls, so you have to be comfortable with the person you’re rooming with!

Everything was perfect the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The room was really good Urban Chic and spacious we even had a small balcony. The breakfast was good and plentiful with quite a good selection of foods. The meal we are there was beautifully cooked and presented all this with the added bonus of a fabulous pool on the roof. The staff are all young but doing an amazing job Thank you.

Nothing it was brilliant I will just say don't be out off by the area the hotel more than makes up for it.

Good central location, about 15 minutes walk to the Royal Palace, Museum, riverside promenade and the Independence monument. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast option was very good and food was made to order. The inhouse sky bar on the 17th floor has a nice view.

We had to pay $5 for a cracked glass, which we felt was a bit over the top. There was some construction activity behind the hotel, and while it was slightly noisy, it was not enough to be irritating.
