I liked the hospitable staff and the clean atmosphere. The bedroom is always quiet, with Aircon on, allowing me to relax at night. The washroom is very clean. The location is accessible, near the river. The hotel also can arrange tours and packages for you, just approach them, and they give you comprehensive outlook of it. There are tables with sockets on the side, very friendly for those who are work & travelling!!

The food is not the best. Also the curtains on the beds don't close all the way, sometimes, I can feel a little weird or insecure.

Staff members I got to talk to( young slim uni guy with glasses and Moeun) were really friendly and nice🙂🥰 Room was clean. Spacious. Bathroom also clean. View was great too!! Location right next to the night market and the river too.

The area is all hooker and prostitution place which I didn't know😅 it was a little surprise for me🤣

The room was great - everything I needed. Great restaurant on the rooftop. Staff extremely helpful! Also pool, which was superb.

Smokers appear to have free rein. It is unpleasant around the pool and also in the restaurant. The majority lose out to the minority.

The riverside area is essentially the red light district so just be aware of that!

1.) Big Shout-out to the whole staff. Very friendly, always smiling, helps you with everything, speaks English very good, found my stuff I lost (and I lost my key several times). Very good and competent staff 2.) The dorm is clean and big. Big locker (you can put your whole luggage in it). Beds are comfortable and big. Fresh beddings. 3.) Restaurant/Bar is awesome. On the rooftop, with an awesome view. Very clean. Food is very tasty and lots of choices. Staff is fabulous. I walked into the bar and they immediately knew what I wanted to drink. And the staff are very funny. 4.) ATM in the hostel. 5.) Great location. Very close to all places of interest. I had the best start in cambodia.

There are only half curtains on the beds.

So unfortunate, because it's a cool place, but it's really not clean. Behind the beds are not cleaned, the full ashtrays and trash from the previous day are still at the pool, ... and then when you start paying attention it's really just dirty. There are many cleaners walking around, but they are mostly sitting on the stairs, toilet etc playing on their cell phones.

Location was perfect, just a 6 minute ride from where I got dropped off by Giant Ibis. Close to the river and the Royal Palace as well, so excellent views of the sunset. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I had a heavy suitcase, unfortunately, but I really appreciated the Onederz staff assistance with helping take it up and down. The hostel is super clean, so I was quite pleased about it as it was my first time staying in a hostel. The aircon in the 12-bed female dorm worked much better than the one in the 4-bed dorm I felt. I ate at the hostel restaurant 3 times (twice for breakfast, once for lunch) and I was very pleased with the meal. The staff member who stood out the most is Tin-Tin! She was super helpful, funny, and had a really bubbly attitude, which is always lovely to see in the hospitality industry. I felt very welcomed by her! I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Phnom Penh if you are looking for a clean, conveniently located, budget friendly option as well as helpful staff!

I loved that they were located strategically next to the bus station only walking distance. It was close to major attractions, tuk-tuks were right in front of the place, it was opposite the river. The hostel provided tours. The female dorm was tucked away nicely in a private area, the room with dark enough to make sleeping comfortable. The bathrooms had good privacy and space to make it comfortable. Staff were great actually, very responsive, attentive, smiling. They were the reason I booked to the same hostel in Siem Reap. Oh yes, and one special thing I loved them for was their plugs. It accommodated my charger without any hassle and I appreciated that.

I just didn't like that the curtains won't go all the way to give full privacy within the dorm. It felt very bad when we have to open our own lights because you have to wonder how much of a bother you are to other girls in the room. I also felt weird, but this has nothing to do with the hostel, that older men would bring over young Cambodian girls - like much younger - and be all touchy-feely with them.

An absolutely brilliant hostel right next to riverside/ Sisowath Quay. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and the divine smell of lemongrass fills the building Lovely dorm with comfortable bunk. Dedicated light, charge point and small shelf. Large lockers. Every single employee - cleaning team, bar staff, reception is smiling, helpful and polite. Key card deposit required. If you are leaving the country you may not want your money back in Cambodian rhiels. Try to get dollars The food at this hostel is lovely and well presented. The rooftop restaurant is very pleasant with wall fans to send a breeze. I had a lovely breakfast there every day. It lasted me until.y evening meal in the local restaurants. They serve great coffee here hot or iced. The lift is very efficient and fast. A tuk tuk is outside for your convenience.

I was pretty disappointed by the pool. It is a decent size. I think it is fair to say that it is possibly the biggest selling point of this hostel. I am a swimmer and couldn't wait to get in. I wondered why hardly any guests were using it. Well the answer is the pool water tastes ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It is very astringent, and unpleasant because it dries your mouth immediately. I only had one swim in 14 nights stay. VERY DISAPPOINTING

This is a great hostel for travelers! It is the best you can get while traveling on a budget! Very well organized, in a great location, walking distance from all the major attractions in the capital, clean and very flexible! The staff was great, always available 24h, very kind and helpful for every suggestion or request. Differently from other accommodation, they offer services but they don't push you to book with them, they are also helpful in giving information about external tours or Services. If you need, they arrange transportation to all the main cities in Cambodia, to Koh Rong, they arrange scooter rental from 8 to 12$ a day, breakfast and dinner (optional), they have laundry service for 1,5 $ per kg. It's a pity they don't have queen bunk beds as well, but for the rest it was a great staying!!
