We stayed at this hotel for three nights and everything was to our liking. Mr. Barang (Hotel Manager) is the most kind, caring and welcoming soul you'll meet. He and his team made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of from before our arrival and every moment of our staying. They organized the pick up, the transfer and the tours to the temples. The rooms were cozy, well furnished, and clean. Unfortunately, we did not try the pool because of the rain but it looked very inviting. If we ever go back to Cambodia, we will definitely book again!

My highest rate about experience at Baahu Villa was service provided by staff, thought not very professional but very attentive as family style. They made heartfelt effort to ensure that we had a comfortable stay, tried to find out any request we had and accommodated those timely. The room orientation was requested and made on arrival with all information about house manual (even how to use hot and cold shower). Their attention went on while we were a the pool, providing us towels and even an ashtray. If you are looking for luxury professional service, this might be out of your range but if you are looking for an intimate service. This one shouldn't be missed.

Lovely stay overall. Our 2 most satisfied areas about stay were staff, very friendly without much disturbance, they are young but are willing to help with any request we made (though, sometime there was communication barrier but they their tried best to understand). The room orientation made was perfect, from hotel's area to house manual. Second was location, within walking distance to nightlife area (pubstreet, old market). I tried a night out for street food and it was lovely, authentic local tastes and atmosphere with very good price ranges. Highly recommend to others looking for great place. I will definitely comeback

This was the best hotel we have stayed at while travelling south east Asia! Lovely rooms which were spacious and clean with a big comfy bed. The pool was nice and clean with sun beds and towels provided. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, one member stayed up to let us check in at 6am and at the end of our stay the manager even offered us to check out of our room later for free while we waited for a flight which was amazing. Breakfast was basic but free, other dinner options were nice. Laundry service was good. We also booked a Angkor Wat tour through the hotel which was a great tour. Perfect hotel for a quiet stay, ideal for couples or anyone else.

Location is top-notch, staffs are amazing and willing to help. I got the very informative recommendation on things to do in city and took the chance of getting a tuktuk on tours to Angkorwat. Our driver, Mr. Chea was lovely, knowledgeable and flexible to our needs. Thanks again, we had the fantastic experience. The pool was really chill to relax after hot and exhausted day at temple. There is a small bar (but I didn't try anything but just look at the price which is very reasonable). Breakfast served is delicious, though limited option but value for money. Highly recommend this lovely place to others

Top-notch service, the staff are amazing. Though, some of them are under on the job-training but they are fast learner and service outcome is fantastic. Thanks Roth, Panha, Sokeng and housekeepers (sorry, i can't remember their names). Great location within close proximity to touristic area such as pubstreet, night market but felt very quiet and secluded here. Hotel's facilities/service are in good ranges from dining area for breakfast and lunch, small bar, cozy tiny pool, the message service (outsource but in-room massage is available), laundry service at very good rate. We asked for the information and things to do and received the very well-organized itinerary. Mr. Chea, our assigned tuktuk driver is very polite, knowledgeable with area (though, he can't escort us in the temple area). Our 1 day tours worth a great value.

We have had the complete satisfaction about our recent stay either prior, during our stay and on check-out. Everything aspect is above our expectation, great value for money. I have exchanged several correspondences with hotel to get my pickup, tours and requests arranged and readied. They all were timely readied and arranged. Every morning passed by the reception, we were called by names and asked about our stay and any request we have. On check-out, our flight were late till 5 pm and we were asked and offered extra hours for late check-out, what the service! they anticipated our needs and tried their best to fulfill. Can't thanks enough, you have done the amazing jobs We definitely return and highly recommend to others who are looking for the best accommodation

Excellent location - central but quiet. The staff were special: incredibly helpful and friendly. I found my ceiling fan too loud and they arranged a quieter floor fan within minutes. The room has kettle, fridge, hair dryer, safe - great facilities for this price. Free low-plastic water is available 24/7. Clean, comfy and with attractive decor.

For me, the room was too dark. The plumbing is rather loud and the tv is difficult to use. However, I'd definitely stay here again.

I decided to book a bunk bed in shared room, saving on accommodation but it turned to be the right choice. my bed was fully furnished with new and clean linen. I had the very peaceful and comfortable sleep. Highly recommend to other solo or group of friends looking for budget accommodation.
