Indoor swimming pool too dark… same as the room… soooo dark… 😅

Beautiful building, great location, very nice staff. Keep in mind that evidently, not all Superior rooms have actual windows (in my case the window was basically a wall). This can be good or bad depending on your preferences - being cut off from daylight and having no idea what the weather is like might be annoying; on the other hand you're guaranteed that the place is dark and quiet at night. Which was useful in my case. If you have any strong preferences, reach out to the hotel before booking.

Location! One block from Pub Street. The entire staff is wonderful.

My room was a balcony room, so facing one street one of the bars played music a little loud, but with foam ear plugs was no problem.

The beauty of the hotel, the care of design, the warmth of polished wood, the sound of water in reception and the coolness when you walk in balanced by the warm of the reception and staff. Central. Quiet. Comfortable. I am restored in the quiet coolness of my room from sunshine or rainy day walks. I received extra support from excellent management team for travel with kind attention. The hotel is next to the river, and excellent cafes, and all in walking distance to anything needed and the main market. Central Siem Reap is a pleasure in such an elegant quality hotel of kindness and comfort.

Breakfast was good and was prepared to order just because there was a very low number of guests. But it was tasty and we liked it. The location is good in terms of distance from the pub street/town center. The staff allowed us to switch to a room with a balcony. If you want to have a king size bed, there was no window in the room - so if you are fine with single beds I would recommend the balcony instead.

Unfortunately it was pretty loud at night until the early morning. The noise was not caused by the pub street, but by some small bars on the same street (street 10) as the hotel.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff Our room was neat and cozy. Decor and design of lobby was very nice. Breakfast was also good.

Location and number of electrical sockets in our room. There was only one extra electrical socket to charge our mobile phones, and it was not in an easy to use location. Couldn't connect the kettle easily as well. Had to use the socket behind the TV to connect the kettle to heat up water.

The hotel itself is very nice. The room was also nice, clean, and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the space overall was great. Excellent location a you're pretty central and within walking distance to many markets and Pub Street. Excellent customer service as all staff were very friendly and helpful. highly recommend

Old traditional hotel in the center of town, near the market, restaurants and shops, perfect to go out in the afternoon or night for a walk after sightseeing and tours to grab dinner nearby. We did not try the breakfast, prefered to walk to the market and try the local food.

Too close to bars, noisy at nighttime.

Beautifully located on the river and near the town center. The lobby is especially lovely.

The first night, neighborhood noise was excessive.Rooms are a little dark.
