Hotel is just a few minutes walk from Pub Street, and all the great restaurants and bars, but quietly tucked away from the noise. The staff are exceptional and REALLY make your stay.

After traveling Asia the welcome in this hotel was exceptional. All staff were so caring and went over and beyond to offer assistance at every occasion to make sure you were completely satisfied. Cleanliness and facilities were excellent.The swim up bar was a bonus facility in a beautiful pool area. Arranged drivers and tours were excellent. Also treatments in the spa were very professionally delivered. Location to pub street was just perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel, ,don’t stay anywhere else while visiting Siem Reap!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel was in a great location, especially for restaurants and bars. The pool area was very relaxing, and the pool bar was enjoyable. The breakfast was very good. A special thank you to Kim, Try and Sokha for their kindness during our stay. All the hotel staff were great, and I would also like to thank the following people, Pisean, Lina, Tong, Danin, Vufhy, Socheat, Micky, Sela, and Sokoam. Next time we are in Siem Riep we will stay at this excellent hotel. My apologies to the hotel staff for the late review.

Firstly it's set back from the road so nice and quiet. The entrance is stunning and the first thing you see is the gorgeous swimming pool with lovely swim up bar (my 9 year olds went crazy about this feature, so excited to be able to order vanilla milkshakes!) It's deep enough and big enough for them to have fun and jump in, with enough loungers around the pool, and pool towels on the loungers. A large shower area in the corner with shower gel! Then the staff are amazing! Presenting us with welcome scarves and super helpful about everything from Scooter hire to tours and places to eat. So smiley! Then the rooms are fantastic! Just as you see in the photos. We had two junior suites which were HUGE! Large, bright, beautifully modern, luxurious, spacious, stunning bathrooms, quiet, fridge with complimentary daily water and super comfortable beds (very important) with feather pillows. They even had a lovely personalised message on the bed written in leaves and flowers welcoming us. They even do personalied cooking classes, which the kids loved and they cooked us a 3 course dinner! Expensive for Cambodia at £50 per room per night, breakfast included, but super cheap for what you get so great value for money. Very central! 20 minutes from Ankor Wat.

Staff were all very friendly and attentive. It was nice that they remembered our names. We ended up booking all our tours though the hotel because they were so good. The pool was clean and we liked how natural it looked. Having a swim up bar was really nice, we used it almost every day. The whole hotel always felt very clean. The food and drinks were all delicious and good value. It is also an excellent location right next to pub street and we couldn’t hear any street noise from our room.

The best hotel staff I have ever seen. They are very friendly, helpful and engaged every day. They helped us coordinate tours and activities around the area every day, arranged transport and ensured we had what we needed at all times. They prepared a cake for my friend’s birthday, balloons and decoration in the room. They offered a free transfer to the airport, and a late check out without any charge. Location is perfect, right around the corner from the main tourist hubs of Pub Street & the markets. Beautiful place with very nice decorations. Big rooms and good breakfast. The pool is fabulous, so pretty and clean. We will definitely come back and it will remain as a great memory for all my life.

I could not remember anything that I disliked. If there was any problem it was solved with the best engament from the staff. It's a perfect place.

The staff were exceptional! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they could not do enough for us! We stayed in the Junior Suite which was roomy, clean and had a very comfortable bed! The facilities at the hotel were fantastic with the highlight being the pool with a swim up bar! The location was perfect with a 7 Eleven on the corner, plenty of restaurants and massage places in close proximity and only a short walk to the old markets and Pub Street.

We returned here twice this trip and have stayed here before. It’s a real home away from home and the staff never cease to amaze with their genuine warmth and commitment. The property is excellent, modern, spotlessly clean and really well situated in terms of moving around the busier tourist areas. Ms Sokha Such leads a super professional team who make you feel super welcome and valued every step of the way. There is nothing they can’t do and each request was sorted quickly and with care. The property is set far enough away from the din of pub street - but you can walk there quickly as you can the artisan market over the river and plenty of transport options on the doorstep. The breakfast is brilliant - plenty of choices and great strong coffee. The pool is the glowing gem - so relaxing and refreshing salt water with the swim up bar - heavenly! You will be spoiled from the moment you arrive until the moment you sadly have to leave - but the staff will wish you back as quick as possible. Definitely 5 stars in my books! Try it - you’ll love it!!

We loved everything!

My family and I were extremely impressed and appreciative of the staffs excellent service and care provided. Our stay was so relaxing. Free airport shuttle to the hotel, greeted by Ms Lina & a tall guy (i forgot to ask for his name), helped us with our luggages, received a complimentary chilled drink & scarf (i believe is called Krama) as we waited to check-in. Ms Lina briefly shared the origin of Krama and guided us to our room. I was surprised and thankful that we received complimentary 1-time spa or massage per person, laundry service and addition free shuttle to the airport due to early bookings & long stay. Ms Lina offered to contact local tour guide/agency to confirm on the tours that we've booked beforehand, which i felt was thoughtful of her. Breakfast was limited but food were fresh and warm. Throughout our stay, the hotel staffs were very welcoming and friendly. Lastly, it's no doubt that the hotel is located at a prime area, just a few mins walk to Pub Street, Old Market and Siem Reap Art Center Night Market.

Soundproofing of the room can be improved. Although there is signage at the hallway to inform others to keep volume down, still would wake up several times in the middle of the night due to the noisy sound. e.g loud door closing & others return from night life.
