What sets Indra Angkor apart from other hotels is the service. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest. The staff took the time to get to know me and my preferences, and they were always available to offer recommendations or make reservations. They even surprised me with a birthday cake on my last day! The hotel's commitment to sustainability and community involvement is also impressive. I appreciated that they source their ingredients locally and support local artisans. It's clear that the staff at Indra Angkor are passionate about their work, and it shows in every interaction.

Amazing 3 night stay here, loved every moment. We booked here to have a bit of a relax, after a few months of hectic travel around Asia, and it did not disappoint. We spent 3 days relacing round the pool and in our room, it was great! Lovely staff, great WiFi, amazing breakfast and lovely pool. The rooms were spotless and very comfy bed. Nice quiet location, but only a 10-15 min walk to pub street and night markets if you want that area. The assistant manager was helpful and organised us just tickets for our onward travel. The ladies on reception were always very happy and helpful too, thank you for a lovely stay!

The flies around the pool drove us mad at times, I know this isn't something you can control though. But other than that, a beautiful stay!!

1. The staff as really friendly and greet you whenever you return to the hotel. They are really helpful and answered the questions I had about the tours on check in day. 2. The room is really big and spacious and other than the TV,had everything you would normally expect from a hotel. 3. Within walking distance of everything and I did indeed choose to walk to most places. However you have to walk along a dirt road and on rainy days it is covered with really big puddles. There are tuk tuks everywhere if you rather not walk and the hotel can help you arrange this. They can also help organise tuk tuk or private van tours to the temples and other popular destinations. 4. The food at their restaurant is really tasty and at reasonable prices. I ordered a noodle soup and fish curry and both were really good. I paid on checkout with my credit card. I really liked that I could pay using my card as I didn't want to use the ATM when I'm only in Siem Reap for 5 days. I was trying to make my USD cash last!

1. Too many insects. There was one night where they just kept coming in through a gap in the balcony door. I'm not very good insects so was a bit horrified when there were so many of them on the floor and also flying around. I messaged reception on WhatsApp and the lady on duty was really good. She helped me move room including helping me inspect the new room to ensure there were no insects. I will give her 10 out of 10 for responsiveness,empathy and customer service. But it wasn't pleasant with the insect invasion. 2. Despite what it says on booking.com there is no working TV. When I asked about this I was just told the government disconnected it. Not sure I really understand why but long story short I just accepted there will be no TV.

The experience was saved by the lovely Sraylorm (I hope this is spelt correctly) and the ladies on the breakfast/afternoon shift who were lovely and I would give all of the stars to! The Cambodian breakfast options were also delicious! Great Pool.

We got off to a bit of a rocky start as they forgot to pick us up from the airport, the guys on reception could do with a bit more training. The hotel itself is lovely and the pool is amazing, we stayed in the studio twin and be aware there are no windows - that was fine for us as we enjoyed being close to the pool but might not be to everyones taste.

The hotel was absolutely brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful! The hotel looks exactly like on the pictures, the pool is amazing, like a little oasis. Food is really nice, breakfast was great. Its close on foot to the centre but far enough that you cant hear pub street crazyness at night. The hotel offers trips to Angkor wat, absolutely recommend it, our driver was very friendly. They also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We had an amazing time, was very sad to leave. They also offer laundry service which was great help. Our room was spacious and very clean, good air con and hot water, so absolutely recommend this hotel. Choose the room thats overlooking the pool, these are super nice and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The rooms overlooking the street could perhaps be a bit noisier and aircon a bit weaker (we oroginally booked that but staff let us change room next day without issues, they were super helpful and understanding), but nothing negative to say about the hotel, its really nice!

The staff are the most friendly and polite I have ever encountered in a hotel. The breakfast (3 courses) is outstanding with a variety of choices. The whole place is exceedingly clean and well maintained - including the lovely pool. Close to the centre(walking distance just over 10mins) but away from the noise and hustle of tbe centre and Pub Street. The price including breakfast is excellent value. I highly recommend.

We did lose a fair bit if sleep due to 2 reasons- 1) the mattress is very very firm but you can feel the metal frame/springs through it too. 2) Not tbe hotels fault - but we were awoken at leastctwice a night by tbe many dogs that roam tbe streets either fighting or howling( or both ). It was sometimes very loud and occasionally somebody was banging a drum to scare them off. Finally, there was a plague of small flies at the side of the pool adjacent to tbe kitchen - we suspected it was because of tbe kitchen.

We loved our stay here, we had a family room overlooking the pool with a private terrace. The room and terrace were very good, it was lovely and clean, good AC, beds were huge and comfortable (firm, but we liked that). Bathroom was very modern and big, water temp was a bit temperamental. Terrace was lovely to sit at night. The pool was very clean, we loved it, good sun beds, shade if you want it and free pool towels. The pool bar is great too, plenty of choice, including cocktails, and cheap! Breakfast was good but we would have preferred a buffet rather than 4 set options. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice and it was very good food and good vfm. Reception staff were lovely and helped us with transport and our Angkor Temples trips. I would recommend the hotel's own Angkor trips, they have options that include sunrise and sunset, they are very good value, I don't think you could get cheaper! Their own Remorque/TukTuk drivers are also good, we had Sanot for our 2 day Angkor Temples tour, and he was great. Note you have to purchase the Angkor Visitor tickets from the official ticket office and I recommend you buy them ahead (or the same day) online, because the queues at the ticket office can be long. The hotel is tucked away down a lane, but it adds to the charm, and the main central area is only a 15 minute walk. We had trouble getting WiFi in the room so sat round the pool when we needed it, but then realised after 2 days there was a switch behind the TV that needed to be on. WiFi was perfect after that.

Nothing we didn't like. Tiny things mentioned in the review but they didn't distract from a fab stay.

The location is slightly out of the main town, I could walk 10-15 minutes to Pub Street. but I just took a tuk tuk everywhere anyway and they are always available and waiting outside the hotel - prices are clearly understood and these are in print in the compendium within the room. Breakfast was great, There is a lovely pool, The staff can not be faulted, the guys that worked in the bar in the evening were exceptional and couldn't be nicer or more polite although not so professional. Overall, a fantastic hotel, I will tell my friends to stay here and I do recommend it to everyone staying in Siem Reap.

I had the pleasure of staying at Indra Angkor Residence during my recent trip to Siem Reap, Cambodia, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower with plenty of hot water. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious local and international cuisine. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a lovely pool, which was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing. What really stood out to me about Indra Angkor Residence was the level of service provided by the staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. Whether it was booking a tour or recommending a local restaurant, they were always happy to assist. I would highly recommend Indra Angkor Residence to anyone visiting Siem Reap. The hotel's location, amenities, and outstanding service make it the perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Cambodia.

Our family loved this hotel! We stayed in a ground-floor room, which was beautiful, and very handy for stepping out and into the pool after a long hot day at the temples. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and very good quality. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I'll mention a few who made our stay perfect. The driver who picked us up at the airport also was the driver for our day at the temples. He was a lovely person, polite, considerate, and of excellent service. Our guide, had a wealth of knowledge, about the temples, Cambodian history, there was no question that he couldn't answer. He guided us such that we would miss the biggest crowds at each temple. The staff greeted us when we first arrived, and made us feel really welcome. A shout-out to the manager at Indra Angkor your staff seems to be very happy working there, and it shows in the way they treat guests. Thanks for a memorable stay
