The best thing about this place is definitely the staff. They are extremely friendly and will help you with anything, any issues and they will also make sure it gets sorted. While I was there the staff advised me on which activities / tours to do, they will also book and arrange everything for you. I would like to say a good word about Mr Adam the tuktuk driver / tour guide. He made my trip even more enjoyable and went out of his way to make sure the Angkor Wat tour was as good as possible. If you book any tours through the hostel you should ask for Mr Adam. My room was upgraded for free and it was very nice, also very spacious and clean. The location is perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the main tourist area of Siem Reap where you have the pub street and also the market.

Nothing bad really other than a few ants in my room on the last day I stayed there. Also never got my room cleaned during my stay so I’m not sure if you need to ask at the desk for it to be cleaned.

Cannot fault this place! The welcome drink and cold towel set the scene for a perfect stay as well as the exceptionally kind greeting from the receptionist and barman (I apologise as their names escaped me). The staff were super and went over and beyond- room upgrade was a lovely touch! Clean rooms, nice balcony, food and drink at the restaurant was nice. Pool area was spot on for a dip to cool down in the heat. We organised a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat through the hotel which was one of our favourite tours so far. If you’re staying in Siem reap I would highly recommend!

Absolutely not a negative for the hotel at all- but if you’re coming to sunbathe the pool area doesn’t get much sun after 11am- ish just as an fyi!

We got an upgraded room (to deluxe) and that was much better. The room was clean and much bigger. The rating was averaged between our originally booked room (superior room) and deluxe. The staff was great at helping us organize the room upgrade, car to the airport (35$USD one way), and the laundry (same day return!). There was a school beside the hotel and it helped us get up early to explore the area while it's not that hot. To us this was a plus. There is a pool as well to cool down after a morning of exploring. Happy hour was conveniently from 1pm to 7pm as well.

The superior room was cheaper but we did not enjoy it at all. The sheets had stains and the room was full of mosquitoes. The bathroom was a wet room with little space and was very cramped. The city bike we rented was overtightened. So we had to replace it with a different rental bike outside of the hotel. The mountain bike was fine, however.

Mr Pork and staff here are amazing! So friendly, always greeted us with a smile and always eager to help! The rooms are big and spacious and the beds were comfy! Pool area was lovely spot to cool off and the cocktails were really good! I really liked this hotel and would recommend and stay again when visiting siem reap!

I did get eaten alive by mosquitos but I think they're bad in Siem Reap just now! There was quite a few in our room one morning - I don't see how this is a fault of the hotel and I will choose to stay here again when visiting, just wanted to make people aware there are a lot of mosquitos in the city in case you react badly like I do come prepared :(

Located nice and close to the main night-life spots, and an easy stroll from the river. Could be a little tricky to find on first glance as it's tucked away from the main road, but that definitely adds to the appeal as it seems more of an oasis. Staff were incredibly amenable and very helpful when I requested to extend my stay after a flight delay. The pool is superb and refreshing, and towels are supplied poolside for guests to use (as well as some incredibly comfortable sun loungers). The restaurant/bar is always staffed and employees are all too keen to chat and hear stories of your adventures. Rooms are not power-controlled on entry, which means air conditioning remains crisp during your stay. In-room facilities are passable for the price point.

While the room was acceptable, certain fixtures were clearly damaged and it did look a little like water damage had begun to affect some of the walls in the bedroom I stayed in. I had a concern over power sockets being physically underneath curtains, which made me wary to use them. The bathroom struggled to air out and there was limited space to hang damp/wet items, which is a challenge when towels are not changed daily.

The hotel is very clean, excellent pool facilities and dining area. The staff and on the whole very friendly with a good level of English and will help you with any of your needs. Location of the hotel is physically good, just not perfect for noise reasons.

The school next to the hotel makes a quite staying difficult when it becomes quite loud just before 7am (Minor inconvenience perhaps to some and shouldn’t take away too much for the hotel in general) The laundry service quoted us 1 dollar per KG but when we came to pay it had rise to 3 dollar per KG. Whilst the hotel did knock off some of the bill, it left a sour taste on our visit. The laundry should be clearly priced and payment should be made on drop/off, not check out, with the clothes weighed in front on the customer

The Service was special. They welcome you with a refreshing towel and a cold tea. 3 guys i need to mention here: Sopheap, Rithy and Sam. The nicest guys i met on my hole Trip in southeast asia. We took a Massage and the Massage ladies came in our room and after the Massage we straight went to sleep. Best night ever. The mattress is Like a cloud. We recommend the deluxe doubleroom. There is a school right infront the hotel and the children are loud BUT this is nothing to worry about. I liked it a lot because it is the best alarm to start your day. I love this hotel so much. The Pool is soooo nice and clean. And the cocktails are amazing. Had the best time There in Siem Riep. Thank you so much guys.

Excellent customer service! The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. They welcomed me with an orange juice as a welcome drink and a cold towel. They helped me book tuk-tuks and a airport transfer and organized a great morning tour to Angkor Wat for me. There wasn't a question they couldn't answer or help me with. All with incredible kindness, especially the lady who was there when I arrived (I don't know her name unfortunately). Fantastically beautiful hotel! The pool area in the courtyard was fantastic. Quiet for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or just to spend the entire day there - a little time like in paradise. Some guests also used the area for mobile working. There is a small restaurant right next to the pool, where also breakfast is served. The staff there were also very nice and helpful. The complex was very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The room was spacious and also very clean. There were water carafes in the room which you could refill at the refill stations. Some cosmetic products and a bathrobe were provided as well. I really wished, my stay would have been longer to enjoy more time at this hotel.

The staff and the location is why this place is so lovely and I would recommend anyone to stay here. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They took time to speak with you and they went over and above to check if there was anything we needed during our stay in Siem Reap. The hotel itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing with plants and local art work. Great location hidden away from the main roads but only afew mins from all the main shops and restaurants. Clean bathroom and nice smelling shower gel provided. Bed was lovely and comfy. Good value for money especially with breakfast. We would again like to thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome in Siem Reap and I was lovely to meet you all.

The room were big and cleaned. the location were overall very good which didnt expected it to be. the breakfast were very good as well. the staff were very attentive and very polite. they helped us get tickets for the temples through online and arrange us a visit to a dinner show at the evening and arrange a bus to phnom penh as well. the pool were beautiful. they let us use the shower even when we check out which were very refreshing. thank you for the great stay. we will return next time when we visit cambodia again :)
