We tremendously enjoyed our stay at De Sarann Villa. The rooms are well furnished, the bathroom is spacious and the private pool on the rooftop terrace is a great place to refresh and relax after returning from an exhausting visit of the temples. The very attentive, yet unobtrusive service provided by Frank and his team is especially noteworthy.

A second reading lamp at the bed would be an improvement.

I would like to thank Mr. Frank, his Family and Staff for a wonderful way. From the first moment Mr. Frank has been a wonderful host, flexible, helping us with everything. The location is conveniently located halfway between Angkor Wat and the downtown area. The tuk-tuk driver who was taking us around was fantastic, very kind and fun to be around. While there are many good price-to-value ratio stays (including big hotel chains) in Siem Reap, I am happy I could support a local, family run business. The place is ideal for a family, we were visiting with our 21 month old infant and she was treated also very kindly and enjoyed everything.

Everything was perfect! Staff were extremelly frendly! They have a free transfer anywhere, and very comfortable to text them in Whatsup\Telegram when you are living there, they do anything for your good stay! They don't have a restaurant on territory, but all the food is brought from a fine nearest restaurant, which indicates the quality of the products and cooking. Many people call Thailand the land of smiles, but I would say that now it is Cambodia! Give them tips sometimes, they deserve it with their work and attitude

I just want to wish that there would be a little more variety for breakfast, as well as brewed coffee, freshly squeezed juices. And about the pool - it looks more like a big bath, of course - it's not deep, but it's quite suitable to refresh yourself on the terrace, it's convenient, but don't expect to jump into

We had a great time at the villa, Mr.Kim and the other members of the staff were super helpful. Mr. Kim has arranged us an excellent remork driver to take us around Angkor for 2 days and a sunrise, Mr. Heang - make sure to ask for him, he's not just a driver but also very knowledgeable about the history of the site and speaks good english. We were also referred to a good private car driver, Mr.Kaka, who took us to Phnom Penh driving safely and patiently, which is not what all the drivers are doing. If you arrive independently, finding the villa might be a bit tricky for the first time, but as they sent a car for us to the airport, it wasn't a problem. Going to downtown was just a couple of minutes by remork, and it is an experience in itself! The breakfast was very generous, and also tasty. And the kids especially loved the private pool!

The staff were great. The pool was nice (a bit to small). The location wasn't great, but they made up for it by taking you to the city at no cost. The food was great, every breakfast was rich and big. Through them we organized visits. They organized tours for us, provided drivers. The villa was a little bit outdated, but totally hidden in the greenery, so it's totally private.

It's not quite enough space for 3 people, since the third person was accommodated in the kitchen/dining area. A huge bathroom, but the sink was in the bedroom. We are walkers, and because of the location (down a narrow laneway), we couldn't go out without them.

The property is located down a small alleyway, a bit off of the main road, it is a short walk to the closest restaurant (Mahob is delicious) and about a 1.5 mile walk to Pub Street. Being off of a main road makes for a quiet and peaceful stay. The unit is beautiful, breakfast options were great, and the staff is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and wants to help in any way they can. I would recommend booking your tours to Angkor Wat through Frank, we had a tour guide and driver just not show up one day (after we had already paid through a different company), and Frank heard about the situation, and had a Tuk Tuk available for us within 30 minutes to enjoy our short time in Cambodia. Nothing to say. Our stay was wonderful.

From the moment you get here you feel like family. They take such good care of you even paying attention to what you drink out of the mini bar and restocking that and eliminating others. This place is perfectly located, 30 minute walk to pub street, 15 minutes to Angor Watt. There is a great restaurant at the end of the street as others have indicated but don't overlook the coffee cart to the right of the hotel she does an amazing job. I love everything about this family, this villa and this experience.

Free tuk tuk ride anytime to the town or back to hotel. Heavy breakfast provided on the rooftop by the pool of the villa. The small pond near to the villa has frogs. A bit noisy at night but that's fun. The villa is about 50m2 inside, so the 100m2 announced is with the outdoor rooftop.

The pool' water maybe cleaner...

fantastic facilities with a shower with strong water pressure. pool on upper deck was also great which we made plenty of use of. all had cable as well with a good set up inside. amazing service from Frank and his team. he organized everything for us and was outstanding from start to finish. we would definitely recommend the villa and his outstanding service.
