What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our every need. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The salt water pool was a refreshing treat, and the Luxury room amenities were top-notch. The gym was also well-equipped and perfect for a quick workout. Sala Siem Reap Hotel is an exceptional hotel that we highly recommend.

The staff welcomed us as if we were royalties. We had a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat and they prepared lovely breakfast boxes for us. We had lunch there twice as they were so nice and the Khmer dishes were delicious. They just open the hotel and we will go back one day. Thank you !

I had an amazing experience staying at Sala Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area. Overall, a truly unforgettable stay!

The location of the hotel is ideal in Siem Reap. The public areas of the hotel are elegant and well maintained. There's a spacious pool with a fantastic pool bar offering great deals during happy hour. The hotel also features a beautiful interior. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From reception and management, everyone was friendly, helpful, and well trained. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, providing a wide variety of Asian and Western dishes. It had most of the expected amenities, luxurious touches I was hoping for.

I recently stayed at Sala Siem Reap and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Initially, I was hesitant to book a stay here because there were no previous reviews for me to reference, but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Siem Reap, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that my every need was taken care of. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and well-furnished with all the amenities that I needed. The hotel's restaurant also exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend Sala Siem Reap to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Siem Reap.

A great location. The staff (admittedly all hospitality staff in Cambodia could teach other hotels in SE Asia a thing or two!) very friendly and attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with all common areas constantly being wiped over, mopped or swept. Great experience from start to finish. We had a very warm welcome upon arrival and the quality of service remained high throughout our stay. Our room was spacious , very clean ,nicely decorated and had everything you would want in a room

I was really blown away by the service this hotel provided. . I could see that they're striving to be the best, i could tell because every so often i saw them training. Their attention to detail in the rooms and restaurant was just great. . They are very attentive to your needs and very helpful. The working manager at the time of our stay was always asking to make sure we were comfortable and what they could do to make our stay better. I can seriously recommend this hotel to anyone

Well appointed, practical luxury, every convenience on hand, the most attentive and polite staff, peaceful. A little haven in the dry season heat - a great place to start our SE Asian holiday. Restaurant offerings (both Western and local) were delicious and breakfast varied and plentiful. The salt water pool, set in a lovely garden was a favorite for everyone. Would highly recommend this hotel. If we ever return to Siem Reap, we will stay here.

We could rent bicycles in the Hotel to explore Angkor with a large freedom - we loved this. In the morning the breakfast was great, the staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean. The swimming pool was super in the hottest hours of the day, or just for relaxation in the evenings. The Hostel Reception was extremely polite and helpful, they responded on our questions/requests extremeley quickly.The laundry service was fast and great. The price/performance ratio is excellent. We could suggest this hotel for everybody, who want to enjoy Angkor Wat for 3-4 days.

Unfortunately the air-condition was automatic, we can not switch it off manually - except switching off all electricity in the room. But we could live with it.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely hotel, which was 10 mins Tuk Tuk ride from the town centre. We had 2 interconnecting rooms for our family of 5 which were clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, always checking that everything was ok. They packed us breakfast to go on the day we went to see sunrise at Angkor Wat when we left at 4.50am. We happen to be there on our 27th wedding anniversary. On that day, when we got back to our room, the bed was decorated with red petals, spelling ‘happy anniversary’. The hotel has a nice little pool, great for a chill out after a day out and is opposite the museum of you would like to visit. They also offered us a free ride to the airport which was very nice of them.
