All Staff are very friendly helpful & professional Mane is located in a quiet lane It's very restful & relaxed The room is a spacious apartment so beautiful 2 swimming pools amazing visually from restaurant Breakfast is great with very good coffee Full menu for lunch & dinner Lots of choices & delivered to room if needed HUGE TV very updated I used my utube aswell Netflix perfect I love the antique furniture & huge clawed deap bath All toiletries smell beautiful & constantly replenished This is a very private accommodation where U can relax completely & recharge U won't get disturbed it's fantastic!!! If U want your room serviced just ask I have extended my stay changed my flight date because I feel extremely comfortable & refreshed here I would come back to Siem Reap just to stay in this beautiful boutique hotel to chill for a couple of weeks Thank U so much to all staff for making my stay so relaxing

No complaints at all

When your driver goes down a side alley to Charles de Gaulle blvd, you will be forgiven for thinking there’s been a mistake. But behind the woven fence and bamboo is a charming little hotel! Location on the north end of the blvd meant it was easy to bike to the Angkor temples every day. Ms Yen at the front desk helped me book a mountainbike (which came with a helmet!) and suggested a tour to a floating village with guide, she also arranged a visit to an apsara dance performance. Hotel has massage services which saved my spine and as a guest you get a discount. You can walk or bike down the blvd to the city center easily, the sidewalks are fairly empty and there’s a wide bike path colored green. My room was huge! The bed was firm and plenty of hot water, great ac and Wi-Fi , there’s free afternoon tea between 16-17, free breakfast from a fixed menu with multiple European and Kmer dishes to choose, plus pastries, fresh juice, and a pot of tea. They can arrange breakfast boxes if you’re leaving early, I decided to view the sunrise on a whim but even with little notice they managed to arrange it. My bike was stored in a guarded garage across the street which felt safe. Round the corner is an ATM and pharmacy, and the next street has a corner shop to buy drinks and snacks, APOPO and the killing fields museum is a short walk away. The hotel have tuktuk drivers if you don’t feel like walking.

if you really want to be in the thick of it down by pub street, then this might be too far north for you, but it was perfect for me

Great friendly staff, very attentive and helped with arranging various tours. Would like to particularly mention Miss Need who kept in close contact to make sure our stay was comfortable on a daily basis. We were given complimentary massages after our visits to the temple and free transport to and from the airport was a nice addition. The hotel is a short distance to Siem Reap town but they have tuk tuks ready to take you into town for $2. Good spacious rooms and having access to Netflix was great!

Wifi was a bit hit and miss....

This is not a chain hotel with big lobby, it's a little boutique hotel in the center of Siem Reap, close to all attractions

The standard rooms are extremely spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated (wood carving / a bit less modern). Oh, and fresh local fruits in the room every day! Meas and his team were also very attentive throughout our stay. We arranged boxed breakfast for our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat and drivers to and from the airport without issue. Lastly, the food at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious (I wasn't expecting it to be that good!). If you're looking for value for money that still feels like a luxury experience while visiting Siem Riep, this is a spot to go to!

The restaurant service was quite slow (~45 minute wait for the dinner food to be ready). However, I noticed that this was the case at other restaurants, and based on the quality of the food, they likely made everything from scratch. If you come during a busier season I bet service will be quicker.

The staffs in Mane are great. They are very friendly. The rooms have good size. We stayed in a suite which is very comfortable for family of 4. Ms. The services of the hotel are great. We appreciate the staffs taking good care of our stay. Thanks to Ms. Need who’s our main contact even before we arrive at the hotel, helping us organize our tours in Siem Reap. Mr. Meas and Mr. Song at the front desk. Ms. Seyha, Ms. Rath and Ms. Ly served us well at breakfast. oh, the breakfast is good. They have quite some choices and you can order from the menu. Mr.Savon, the driver is always helpful by handing over cold towels when we returning from tour and entering the car. Mr. Pee, the Tuk Tuk driver is very kind and always wait for us when we go to the Pub Street for lunch/dinner or visiting the temples or museum. The gym is a bit small.

Description and reviews reflective of reality, which can not be said for most Siem Reap hotels. I saw 4 hotels in Siem Reap before this one, all had raving reviews 9+ on booking and all I fled from because they were nothing like descriptions and reviews. Good breakfast options made to order. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and well tended hotel. Flexible transfer service included. Other hotels mention the transfer is included but complicate the execution. This hotel does it no questions asked, and well.

Colonial and as such ageing furniture which may not be to everyone's taste. Shower water pressure variable. One grumpy front office manager (boss?), all other personnel was fine.

This was a boutique hotel that was better than anything we could have expected during our stay in Siem Reap. The staff were all extremely polite, hospitable and friendly. The days we had to leave really early in the morning for our temple tours, the staff were generous and kind with their packed breakfast servings for us. Our concierge Need was extremely attentive to our needs and did more than we could ask for. The spa service was amazing, absolutely worth every $ spent. Breakfast was great too and the location of the hotel is a little on the outskirts of the main town area but closer to Angkor Wat, the location however did not effect our stay at all since the city is small.

This hotel is truly defined by its staff. They are so committed to your well-being and comfort and safety. And I should mention that we were upgraded to a suite, which was pretty nice. The breakfasts are quite good and we enjoyed the afternoon teas. My wife discovered the sauna, which we used several times. The hotel is decorated with local art and the furniture is clearly from local sources. My wife was in love with the hotel. And we used the pool every day - often several times a day. It was a wonderful place to come back to from the explorations of the temples and Siem Reap.

More days there!!

Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Delicious, healthy, filling- wonderful! The coffee was delicious as well. The staff were so kind and cheerful. Wonderful experience! The staff were very attentive and caring. For example, one of the wheels of our luggage was somehow damaged from the airport to our room. The concierge immediately took the suitcase to the town and had the wheel replaced that day- free of charge. Another example, my husband developed an eye infection, and we were directed immediately to medical assistance. Another positive- the grab tuk-tuk drivers hang on on the same street as the hotel so when we order a grab, they are already waiting for us at the front door. Our wait would be about 4 seconds. Great hotel and great people!
